The role requires customer relationship development, reporting, communication, problem-solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM and sales intelligence tools, a valid driver’s license, and 4–7 years of sales experience. Travel may be required.

Supports installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, backups, antivirus, and reporting for computer, telecommunications, networking, and warehouse management systems. Assists with WMS configuration, enhancements, data extraction testing, process control, training, and equipment needs. Coordinates projects, resolves system and process errors, and communicates with technical and non-technical users in a warehouse environment.
