Manages final-mile warehouse and distribution center operations, including inventory, shipment handling, equipment maintenance, staffing, training, safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, KPIs, budgeting, and P&L. Leads supervisors and hourly employees, coordinates with customer service, sales, and engineering, maintains warehouse systems and layouts, resolves operational issues, and ensures compliance with applicable certifications and food safety requirements.

Leads finance operations for international entities, overseeing accounting controls, tax strategy, treasury management, forecasting, budgeting, financial close, consolidation, reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinates multi-country planning, supports ERP and EPM implementations, assists with audits, collaborates with corporate accounting and headquarters stakeholders, and supervises finance staff.

Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, travel booking, preparing presentations and communications, managing contracts and board packages, expense reporting, office supplies and meeting coordination, receptionist backup, and general administrative tasks.
