Provide network systems analysis, maintenance, and support. Design, implement, and support routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, VoIP, cabling and network security. Create and maintain network documentation, assist support teams with application issues, and restore software as needed.

Lead IT security compliance and audit readiness for SOC 1/2 and HIPAA; operationalize ISO 27001 and NIST controls; manage evidence, remediation, and cross-functional coordination; maintain privacy compliance across the Americas; run control assessments, vendor risk, and reporting; advise stakeholders and support external audits and regulatory inquiries.

Lead the Americas information security program: set strategy, policies, and controls; manage risk, compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR); oversee SOC, vulnerability management, incident response and business continuity; secure supply chain and third parties; build and mentor a global security team; and advise regional executives and the Board.
