Supervise FTZ compliance and warehouse operations: verify/validate shipments, reconcile inventory between Synapse and AOS, prepare FTZ reports, train/manage staff, ensure regulatory and ISO compliance, maintain safety and customer communication, and support payroll and account profitability.

Deliver and schedule forklift, safety, and PIT B training and weekly orientations for new hires across shifts; evaluate training effectiveness and advise managers on employee readiness.

Process and edit export orders, prepare and manage international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, export declarations, certificates of origin, letters of credit), arrange ocean shipments, ensure compliance with trade regulations, communicate with vendors/government/customers, maintain SOPs and organized shipment files, and provide clerical support.
