The Human Resource Generalist advises supervisors on employee relations, manages HR inquiries, conducts orientations and engagement meetings, supports regulatory compliance, leads HR training, and manages recruiting activities for non-exempt and entry-level exempt roles, including job fairs. The role partners with HR leadership to resolve recurring issues and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least two years of related experience.

Manages assigned customer accounts, responds to inquiries, schedules freight pickup and delivery appointments, coordinates shipment booking and tracking with carrier teams, and supports pricing and quoting. The role requires strong communication, customer service, negotiation, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.
