Leads GEODIS’s innovation system from intake through validation, funding, deployment, and operational handoff. Owns portfolio governance, stage-gate decisions, capacity sequencing, value measurement, innovation methods, external partnerships, IP management, and continuous process improvement. Builds organizational innovation capabilities, develops and leads the team, presents portfolio performance to executives, and ensures initiatives are advanced, pivoted, held, or terminated based on evidence.

Partners with clients to gather business requirements, configure system specifications, deploy and support networkwide applications, ensure application integration, and analyze data to recommend process and system improvements.

Manages final-mile warehouse and distribution center operations, including inventory, shipment handling, equipment maintenance, staffing, training, safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, KPIs, budgeting, and P&L. Leads supervisors and hourly employees, coordinates with customer service, sales, and engineering, maintains warehouse systems and layouts, resolves operational issues, and ensures compliance with applicable certifications and food safety requirements.
