Architects and scales AI-native enterprise systems, including LLM, RAG, fine-tuning, and multi-agent solutions. Defines AI architecture standards, model and data strategies, cloud infrastructure, MLOps/LLMOps, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices. Administer and support TIBCO middleware and related integration infrastructure across cloud environments. Manage observability (New Relic, ELK), incident response, runbooks, RCA/ADRs, and collaborate via JIRA/Agile. Drive automation and cloud provisioning, and ramp on GitOps, service mesh, IaC, API management, event streaming, and secrets tooling as needed.

Manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, audits, tax and transfer pricing for India and US entities. Oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll accounting, month/year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and regulatory filings. Coordinate auditors and lead a team while driving process improvements and automation.

Design, develop, and deploy ML and deep learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Build feature engineering and preprocessing pipelines, perform EDA on large healthcare and business datasets, and implement NLP and document-intelligence solutions. Fine-tune LLMs, apply transfer learning and prompt engineering, and support MLOps, Docker-based deployment, cloud monitoring, and performance optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally and research emerging AI techniques including RAG and alignment methods.
