Design productized Azure AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, agentic and RAG patterns. Establish reference architectures, embed Responsible AI and healthcare compliance, mentor technical teams, and advise sales and delivery on solution feasibility, estimation, and Microsoft co-sell opportunities.

Architects and scales AI-native enterprise systems, including LLM, RAG, fine-tuning, and multi-agent solutions. Defines AI architecture standards, model and data strategies, cloud infrastructure, MLOps/LLMOps, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices. Advises clients and stakeholders, leads technical delivery and presales, mentors engineering teams, and ensures production systems are scalable, observable, cost-effective, and compliant.

Build and maintain .NET AWS Lambda services, shared client libraries, Kafka producers and backfill tooling. Design data pipelines with DynamoDB and SQS, implement AVRO schemas and Schema Registry, integrate third-party REST APIs, ensure robust testing and observability using CloudWatch and Lambda Insights.

Define and govern retail technology architecture across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and AI. Drive cloud strategy, integration patterns, legacy modernization, vendor evaluations, architecture governance, and AI/GenAI adoption. Mentor architects and ensure scalable, secure, cost-effective solutions aligned to retail business goals and peak-event resilience.

Lead technical architecture and design for event-driven, serverless data integration on AWS. Produce HLDs/LLDs, design Kafka/MSK streaming ingestion, run design workshops, define API integration and idempotency patterns, and translate NFRs (availability, performance, security, observability) into AWS-native implementations and acceptance criteria.

Test and validate configurations, customizations, and integrations on IBM Sterling Order Management. Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests; validate Java/Java EE extensions, Oracle and middleware integrations; perform REST API and microservices testing (Postman/SoapUI); triage defects in Jira; support patch/upgrade validation and event/messaging checks (Kafka).

Develop, maintain, extend, configure, and support IBM Sterling Order Management applications. Lead technical delivery for Order Management projects, including integrations, deployments, patches, upgrades, and Java-based extensions. Work with Java EE, Oracle, middleware, microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka. Provide technical leadership, perform functional testing, and apply AI-driven development practices.

Design and deliver production-grade RPA/agentic automation on UiPath, including document intelligence, resilient UI integrations, API error handling and idempotency. Operate in healthcare/claims environments handling PHI/PII, own workstreams end-to-end, produce clear documentation and demos, and pass a live technical code walkthrough.

Manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, audits, tax and transfer pricing for India and US entities. Oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll accounting, month/year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and regulatory filings. Coordinate auditors and lead a team while driving process improvements and automation.
