Design and deliver production-grade agentic RPA solutions on UiPath including document intelligence, resilient portal integrations, accurate system write-back, PHI/PII-compliant processes, end-to-end ownership of workstreams, and pass a live technical/code walkthrough.

Provide desktop and network administration including provisioning, IT asset management, Office 365/SharePoint/Exchange/Teams/OneDrive administration, ADDS/DHCP/DNS/MDT/RADIUS management, VPN and firewall configuration, Windows file system security, and manage security incidents via Microsoft Sentinel. Deliver desktop support, user training, and troubleshoot network and communication issues.
