Lead end-to-end UiPath RPA and intelligent automation projects across clinical, revenue cycle, and administrative domains. Manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery teams, regulatory compliance (HIPAA/HITECH/21 CFR Part 11), vendor coordination, CoE maturation, and reporting of automation KPIs to executive sponsors.
