Supports supply chain operations for the PICTraq system, including farm and customer setup, user assistance, data verification, pedigree data processing, certificate production, and error resolution. Coordinates certificate requests with ANAS, supports farms during DOP/PDO audits, prepares documentation for invoicing, and assists customers with system usage. The role requires fluent Italian, professional English, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and occasional domestic and international travel.

Develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including websites, email, social media, print materials, public relations, trade shows, and customer engagement activities. Manages industry press and association relationships, events, budgets, marketing assets, campaign tracking, and lead-generation initiatives. Own and grow strategic customer accounts across Ireland and Northern Ireland’s pork industry. Develop account plans, identify new business, negotiate contracts, manage budgets and forecasts, and build trusted producer relationships. Provide consultative guidance on genetic improvement while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Genetic Services, and Finance. Monitor market and competitor activity, contribute to Northern European commercial strategy, and travel regularly within Ireland with occasional international travel.
