Leads retail customer bids, coordinating pricing, documentation, timelines, and approvals across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams. Supports SKU costing, pricing scenarios, cost-model reviews, and cost-change communications. Manages foreign-to-foreign customer business, including item setup, product transitions, order flow, issue resolution, deductions research, service monitoring, customer relationships, and cargo-clearance documentation.

Supports sales and customer operations by managing contracts, communications, reports, forecasts, costing requests, databases, and customer portals. Coordinates with supply chain and logistics to support on-time delivery, recommends purchases based on market conditions, and helps resolve customer and sales inquiries across departments.

Supports new product development and commercialization from concept through launch. Coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, timelines, samples, testing, documentation, market research, competitive analysis, product information, and launch materials. Partners with Sales and Marketing on product introductions, customer presentations, and category growth initiatives while maintaining project records and ensuring deliverables remain organized and on schedule.

Owns inventory and cost of goods sold accounting, including monthly close, inventory costing and valuation, reconciliations, journal entries, gross margin analysis, internal controls, audits, and physical inventory processes. The manager will improve cost maintenance workflows, reporting, automation, and accounting controls while serving as the escalation point for cost issues. The role also leads, coaches, and develops cost accounting team members.

Provides post-sale customer support through phone and email, accurate order and data entry, account management, dispute resolution, returns and credit processing, and administrative tasks. The representative verifies information, resolves customer inquiries, supports EDI and portal orders, and collaborates with Sales and internal departments on pricing and service issues. Success requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, mathematical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions and integrations (Infor, Salesforce, Microsoft stack). Drive AI/automation initiatives, ensure scalable secure architectures, participate across SDLC, collaborate with business stakeholders, and promote best practices and documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Execute and manage purchase and distribution orders to maintain optimal inventory. Coordinate with international suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams, monitor inventory KPIs, and support continuous improvement to minimize excess and ensure timely deliveries.

Support Foodservice sales team with administrative coordination, customer support, CRM and SharePoint maintenance, sales reporting and basic analysis, trade show and event support, product and promotion communication, RMA/credit tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely follow-through on sales activities and customer needs.

Lead IT strategy and digital transformation across ERP, supply chain, analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud. Build high-performing distributed IT teams, oversee vendor and budget management, drive change management, and advance data and BI capabilities to improve supply chain visibility, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
