Oversee daily manufacturing operations and shift supervisors to plan production, set line schedules, ensure product quality and GMP/SOP compliance, maintain production systems and inventory controls, coordinate staffing, and resolve performance issues to keep production lines efficient.

Coordinator responsible for post-entry purchase order administration: enter and proof shipment and lot records, manage packing lists and COAs, enforce supplier documentation timelines, monitor open POs and exceptions, coordinate with logistics, assist invoice review, and provide documentation to customer service and sales.

Lead and unify marketing strategy across Gellert Global Group's brands, oversee brand positioning, communications, packaging, digital marketing, trade shows, and internal communications. Partner with Sales, BD, HR, and executives to support product launches, international expansion, and M&A-related growth. Manage budget, KPIs, and a high-performing marketing team to drive brand equity, customer engagement, and business growth.

Own material planning for assigned items and stocking locations by managing MRP outputs, coordinating purchase and distribution orders, aligning forecasts with demand planning, maintaining planning master data, monitoring PO status, driving inventory KPIs, and supporting cross-functional improvements to reduce costs and stock issues.

Provide sales support by managing customer contracts and communication, maintaining databases and reports, comparing forecasts to usage, recommending purchases, handling costing requests, coordinating with supply chain/logistics, and resolving customer and sales inquiries to ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer experience.

Build and maintain scalable supply chain analytics, BI dashboards, and data pipelines. Support supply planning processes, improve data quality, automate reporting, provide M3 functional support, perform root cause analysis, forecast demand, and lead process-improvement workstreams across logistics and inventory management.

Drive product portfolio growth by identifying new suppliers/products, supporting sales with product expertise, developing strategic plans, coordinating marketing and supplier support, preparing product reports, and managing supplier relationships to meet sales and profit objectives.

Lead U.S. sales growth by managing importer and distributor relationships, coordinating sales strategy and events, conducting training and ride-alongs, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and developing new market and customer opportunities across the U.S.

Support Foodservice sales team with administrative coordination, customer support, CRM and SharePoint maintenance, sales reporting and basic analysis, trade show and event support, product and promotion communication, RMA/credit tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely follow-through on sales activities and customer needs.
