Lead IT strategy and digital transformation across ERP, supply chain, analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud. Build high-performing distributed IT teams, oversee vendor and budget management, drive change management, and advance data and BI capabilities to improve supply chain visibility, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned 3rd-party warehouses: communicate with partners, monitor EDI and manual receiving data, record inventory and lot information, arrange outbound shipments and transfers, process bills of lading, maintain records, and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues while escalating service or operational concerns.

Lead and manage retail pre-sale bid processes, support product costing and SKU cost builds, oversee foreign-to-foreign customer item setup and daily order/service issues, coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing, and provide reporting and documentation to ensure customer service excellence.
