Supports business development and sales growth for assigned shelf-stable food products. Responsibilities include researching market and product opportunities, developing sales and launch plans, supporting sales calls and trade shows, coordinating product materials and demonstrations, analyzing sales and inventory data, and building relationships with internal teams, customers, distributors, and operators.

Leads retail customer bids, coordinates pricing and product costing, and manages foreign-to-foreign customer business. Partners with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams to prepare competitive bids, maintain customer and product data, coordinate introductions and transitions, resolve order and service issues, research deductions, monitor service levels, and ensure documentation supports foreign-port cargo clearance.

Develops and evaluates cost models for imported food products, performs profitability and margin analysis, maintains costing data in Infor M3 and Salesforce, resolves costing issues, supports cost agreements, and prepares financial sales reports. Collaborates with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and cross-functional teams to improve costing tools, systems, and processes and support accurate pricing decisions.
