Serves as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees, providing guidance across employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational change. Maintains HRIS data and documentation, supports training and HR initiatives, resolves workplace concerns, and promotes a compliant, high-performing employee culture.

Execute and manage purchase and distribution orders to maintain optimal inventory. Coordinate with international suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams, monitor inventory KPIs, and support continuous improvement to minimize excess and ensure timely deliveries.

Leads retail customer bids, coordinating pricing, documentation, timelines, and approvals across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams. Supports SKU costing, pricing scenarios, cost-model reviews, and cost-change communications. Manages foreign-to-foreign customer business, including item setup, product transitions, order flow, issue resolution, deductions research, service monitoring, customer relationships, and cargo-clearance documentation.
