Leads Gateway Music’s songwriting and publishing function by developing songwriter relationships, organizing co-writing sessions and camps, managing song selection and pitching, tracking song progress, and maintaining publishing metadata, credits, splits, and registrations. The role ensures songs align with Gateway’s creative and theological vision while coordinating with operations, marketing, outside publishers, artists, and labels.

Administers Workday and maintains HR data, configurations, business processes, security, organizational structures, and integrations with payroll and other systems. Supports employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, analytics, system troubleshooting, user support, testing, data governance, access administration, and documentation. Provides people metrics and recommendations to leadership while maintaining confidentiality and supporting HR functions including recruiting, benefits, compensation, talent, and time tracking.

Leads live production for a church campus, overseeing audio, video, lighting, equipment, technical rehearsals, services, and special events. Recruits, trains, schedules, and develops the live production Serve Team; manages maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, budgets, purchases, and technical standards. Coordinates with worship and ministry leaders, performs first-line system repairs, supports centralized projects, and operates effectively during weekend and high-pressure events.

Leads live production at a church campus, overseeing audio, video, lighting, equipment, technical rehearsals, services, events, maintenance, troubleshooting, budgeting, and documentation. Recruits, trains, schedules, and develops the campus live production team while coordinating with worship, ministry, and central production teams. Provides first-line AVL fault diagnosis, executes churchwide technical standards, supports special events, and serves during weekend and evening services.

Leads worship for Kids, Youth, and Young Adult environments at an assigned campus. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and retaining worship volunteers; executing set lists and playback sessions; developing young worship leaders and musicians; running rehearsals; partnering with campus and regional worship leadership; and supporting events, camps, weekend services, and team nights.

Designs, installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and standardizes audio, video, lighting, and production network systems across regional campuses. Owns wiring, signal flow, firmware updates, documentation, inventory, preventative maintenance, technical upgrades, and campus launches. Supports live services and events, coordinates with IT and Facilities, resolves escalated technical issues, and develops technical team members. Requires regular regional travel, weekend and evening work, physical equipment handling, and ladder or lift access.

Owns Gateway Church’s video standards, systems, and operations across campuses. Leads video and graphics operators, directs live services, manages content playback and archiving, oversees equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, develops training standards, manages budgets, and supports camera, projection, LED, and media server installations. The role collaborates across worship, lighting, audio, and broadcast teams, travels between campuses for quality control, and serves during weekend and churchwide events.

Designs, installs, maintains, and standardizes audio, video, lighting, networking, and control systems across regional campuses. Troubleshoots complex technical issues, manages firmware and equipment updates, maintains wiring and as-built documentation, performs preventative maintenance, supports campus build-outs and launches, and coordinates with IT, Facilities, and production leaders. The role also supports weekend services, churchwide events, team development, and regular travel between campuses.

Designs, installs, maintains, documents, and troubleshoots broadcast audio, video, lighting, control, rigging, LED, and network systems. Provides engineering support across campuses, standardizes configurations, manages maintenance and helpdesk issues, supports build-outs and launches, and provides on-site and on-call assistance during services and events. Requires strong live production troubleshooting, systems integration, networking, rigging safety, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Provides administrative and coordination support for Operations, including purchasing, invoices, records, vendor documentation, vehicle reservations, keys, access records, help desk tickets, budgets, reports, dashboards, scheduling, and campus inquiries. The role coordinates with vendors and departments, supports events and weekend services, and helps recruit and develop ministry team members.

Creates polished visual content for Gateway Church, including print collateral, digital assets, campaigns, illustrations, layouts, and publications. Collaborates with creative and communications teams, consults with internal departments, prepares print- and publish-ready materials, coordinates creative production, and maintains brand standards across projects.

Leads staff learning and leadership development across onboarding, training, performance reviews, career pathways, manager enablement, and team engagement. Designs curricula, facilitates pastoral and administrative training, manages learning platforms and vendors, coordinates compliance training, and tracks program impact. Partners with HR and organizational leaders to identify development needs, strengthen competencies, and build a healthy, values-driven staff culture.

Lead and operate AVL roles (FOH, Video Director, Technical Director) for weekend and mid-week services. Provide technical leadership, coach volunteers, prepare and troubleshoot audio/video/lighting systems, support campus events and alternate environments, and travel between campuses as needed to ensure consistent worship experiences.
