Teams at Gateway Church

Provide part-time security for Gateway Church venues and events, enforcing safety, communicating with staff/volunteers/law enforcement, completing reports and paperwork, passing physical and range qualifications, and upholding church values and professional standards.

Lead electrical infrastructure and fire/life-safety across nine DFW campuses, managing installation, preventive maintenance, code compliance, vendor oversight, emergency response, budgeting, and supervising in-house electrical staff. Ensure reliable power, generators, elevator/lift testing, CMMS implementation, and rapid support for weekend services and major events.

Lead and operate AVL roles (FOH, Video Director, Technical Director) for weekend and mid-week services. Provide technical leadership, coach volunteers, prepare and troubleshoot audio/video/lighting systems, support campus events and alternate environments, and travel between campuses as needed to ensure consistent worship experiences.
