Supports the full lifecycle of elevator mechanical components and assemblies through design, engineering changes, testing, validation, certification, production implementation, and sustainment. Creates drawings, specifications, BOMs, and change documentation; performs calculations, tolerance analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Supports the EHS Manager in administering environmental, health, and safety programs at a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, workplace inspections, ergonomic assessments, incident and near-miss investigations, hazard identification, corrective actions, safety training, safety committee coordination, SDS maintenance, emergency equipment inspections, workers’ compensation support, and environmental compliance activities involving waste, spills, and chemical storage.

Designs and guides secure, scalable cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions across enterprise applications, data platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external partners. Responsibilities include establishing architecture standards, supporting cloud migrations and landing zones, designing integrations and data platforms, embedding security and governance, guiding implementation, evaluating vendors, and optimizing cloud costs. The role also facilitates architecture reviews, communicates with technical and executive stakeholders, and provides technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

Designs and evolves enterprise data architecture across master data governance, MDM, data warehousing, and analytics. The role establishes governance policies, stewardship models, data quality metrics, golden-record strategies, integration patterns, data lineage, and warehouse models. It supports SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric platforms, integrates ERP, CPQ, CRM, and other business systems, advises on tooling and architecture decisions, and collaborates with business and technical stakeholders across a multi-site manufacturing organization.

Provides technical support for elevator components and systems by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and product-performance issues. Assists customers and field technicians with installation, operation, maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts. Documents cases, coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales, supports warranty evaluations and training, develops technical documentation, and identifies recurring issues for continuous improvement. Occasional travel to customer sites or company locations is required.

Support manufacturing and field teams by creating and updating detailed assembly and part drawings, interpreting specifications and codes, performing engineering calculations, updating orders via CPQ, troubleshooting products, coordinating with customers and service technicians, and supporting cross-departmental engineering tasks.

Support the Director of EHS to implement and improve companywide safety programs across manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution. Conduct audits and inspections, manage EHS systems, deliver training, investigate incidents, support workers' compensation, analyze safety data, and partner with business-unit leaders on corrective actions and continuous improvement.

The Quality Manager leads quality functions in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring quality personnel.
