Manage strategic customer accounts as the primary liaison between customers and internal Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams. Coordinate orders, forecasts, delivery commitments, backlog, escalations, pricing, quotations, and issue resolution. Develop account plans, lead customer reviews, monitor performance, identify growth and retention opportunities, maintain CRM records, and report account metrics to leadership while balancing customer needs, operational capacity, and profitability.

Provides technical customer support for elevator parts, including sales inquiries, quotations, order processing, shipment tracking, support tickets, RMAs, warranty claims, modification requests, and documentation. Coordinates with customers, vendors, Purchasing, and Technical Support to resolve issues and fulfill orders. Maintains process documentation and assists with team training initiatives.

The Senior Accountant manages monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepares GAAP-compliant financial statements; maintains the general ledger; performs reconciliations and inventory accounting; analyzes variances; supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and ERP optimization. The role partners with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing, and management to improve financial accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
