Owns Core HR process automation and HRIS implementation across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include mapping and redesigning HR workflows, configuring HRIS approvals and self-service processes, supporting requirements gathering, testing, data migration and deployment, monitoring workflow performance, documenting SOPs, and collaborating with HR, technology teams, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include building planning models, dimensions, forms, workflows, business rules, Groovy calculations, dashboards, reports, and integrations with Oracle ERP, HCM, and external systems. The consultant will troubleshoot issues, support SIT/UAT and production operations, create technical documentation, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Develop and optimize Oracle database applications using PL/SQL, APEX, and ORDS. Build REST APIs, process JSON, tune SQL performance, create web UI components, assess code impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, stable solutions.

Coordinate with Oracle and client IT teams, manage service requests, maintain documentation and runbooks, conduct access audits, and support compliance with SOX, GDPR, ITIL, and related security requirements.

Leads VAT and indirect tax data transformation across systems and jurisdictions. Defines VAT logic, data requirements, specifications, and testing strategies; maps and validates data flows; translates tax rules into ETL and integration logic; investigates discrepancies and defects; supports unit, SIT, and UAT testing; documents business rules and data models; and assists with deployment, production support, and stakeholder collaboration.

Leads client-facing Oracle Cloud SCM implementations across Inventory, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Procurement. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, solution design, module configuration, data migration, integration and system testing, UAT support, stakeholder communication, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare. The consultant develops process flows, configuration workbooks, and solution documentation while coordinating with technical consultants and securing phase approvals.

Lead finance reporting technical business analyst responsible for enhancing Finance reporting and accounting platforms, delivering IT change, analyzing data flows, resolving BAU issues, optimizing reporting systems, and supporting month-end and regulatory reporting. The role requires stakeholder collaboration, functional design, testing across SIT and UAT, release governance, production support, and coordination with development teams.
