The role reports operational or compliance issues, updates process documentation, supports workflow improvements and automation, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have fintech, digital lending, or banking back-office experience, knowledge of KYC, loan documentation, and AML requirements, Excel and basic data skills, and strong attention to detail.

Supports finance automation by building Activepieces workflows, customizing NetSuite reports, refining Rovo agents, and cleaning source data. Assists with audit and regulatory documentation, the Omni-WegoPro integration, payment runs, bill processing, Treasury coordination, month-end posting, and balance sheet reconciliation. The internship requires a strong interest in finance, accounting, automation, and AI tools, plus attention to detail and comfort with Excel and data cleanup.

Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify SME financing prospects, understand customer needs, recommend financial products, answer questions, and nurture leads through document submission and internal processing. Make at least 25 proactive calls daily, collaborate with Relationship Managers to close sales, and provide feedback on lead quality and sales processes.

Owns controllership for Indonesia operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, tax compliance, OJK submissions, audits, and statutory reporting. Serves as the senior finance representative with regulators, auditors, tax authorities, banks, and local leadership. Leads accounting judgments, group consolidation support, regulatory engagements, and development of the local finance team while ensuring compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and applicable financial-services requirements.

Supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, records, documentation, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. Coordinates engagement events, internal communications, office administration, inventory, and vendor relationships. Assists with HR projects, process improvements, and ad hoc business support while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Owns regional credit risk portfolio analytics, including delinquency, NPL, recovery, write-off, concentration, provisioning, and risk appetite monitoring. The role identifies early-warning trends, validates data across countries, explains portfolio movements, and recommends actions. It also supports credit models, fraud-adjacent reviews, risk dashboards, governance documentation, and Board Risk Committee materials while collaborating with finance, collections, data science, and country credit teams.

Execute fintech back-office operations including document reviews, eKYC and AML screening, loan documentation checks, audit preparation, exception escalation, KPI dashboard maintenance, and operational reporting. Identify process bottlenecks, support AI and automation tool testing, and maintain SOPs. The role requires attention to detail, regulatory awareness, basic data skills, and 1–3 years of experience in fintech, digital lending, or banking operations.

Acquire SME customers and drive revenue through prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, onboarding, and activation. Manage the full sales cycle, maintain a healthy pipeline, re-engage dormant prospects, analyze conversion trends, cross-sell payment solutions, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires strong B2B sales, outbound prospecting, SME business understanding, negotiation, organization, resilience, and adherence to risk and compliance requirements.

Own debt recovery matters by coordinating with external counsel and Collections, while drafting and reviewing commercial and financing documents. Research legal, regulatory, complaints, scam, audit, and corporate matters across Malaysia and Singapore. Communicate practical legal solutions to cross-functional teams and manage projects involving legal systems, trackers, knowledge centers, tender processes, AI, and automation.

Provides omnichannel customer support for investment products, guiding leads through conversion and supporting investor onboarding, funding, compliance monitoring, and related operations. Resolves enquiries through calls, email, and live chat while coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, meeting service standards, and contributing to customer experience improvements and ad hoc operational initiatives.

Own white-glove relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth CardUp clients in Singapore. Manage onboarding, pricing, compliance facilitation, retention, acquisition, upselling, and win-back activities. Build and grow a HNW client portfolio through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and inbound leads. Track pipeline and performance while partnering with marketing, product, and internal compliance teams to increase payment volumes and achieve growth targets.

Supports integrated marketing and communications across campaigns, events, partnerships, content, and digital channels. Identifies market opportunities, develops campaigns, manages partnerships, supports investor lifecycle initiatives, and measures performance through KPIs. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, follows regulatory processes, and uses AI-powered tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities include planning, editing, and publishing short-form videos, designing artwork, assisting with multi-channel campaigns, and supporting partnership initiatives. The intern must be creative, proactive, organized, proficient in Thai and English, and available to work four or five days per week starting December 2026.

Supports operational task execution, turnaround-time improvements, issue escalation, stakeholder collaboration, process documentation, progress updates, and peer feedback. The role requires strong analytical and research skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Fresh graduates are eligible, while prior operations internship, part-time, or 1–2 years of operations experience is advantageous.

Leads strategic investor activities to strengthen the firm's capital position through regional debt raising.
