Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Governance teams while mentoring engineers and enabling AI-focused data solutions.

Designs and maintains scalable Tableau reports, automates manual processes, documents and supports analytics solutions, trains users, and helps migrate data infrastructure from AWS Athena to Snowflake. The role requires advanced SQL, modern data warehouse, dbt, Tableau, communication, and AI system-building skills, with collaboration across technical and business teams in a fintech environment.

Drive discovery with internal teams, align product and engineering roadmaps, manage migrations, encourage adoption, and ensure platform users can ship faster and solve problems independently. The role requires strong technical judgment, stakeholder management, clear communication, and understanding of regulated fintech environments.

Own the vision and strategy for Funding Circle’s multi-product customer experience. Lead Product Managers, develop cross-product customer journeys and capabilities, and partner with Engineering, Design, and business leadership to deliver customer and business outcomes. The role requires extensive product management experience, team leadership, strong collaboration skills, and AI-native product development experience. Fintech, lending, customer experience transformation, and consumer and SME exposure are advantageous.

Lead the operating model for Product, Engineering, and Design, establishing leadership rituals, product reviews, calibration sessions, release gates, and continuous improvement practices. Embed AI-driven tools and automated workflows into the product development lifecycle, coordinate regulatory and compliance checks, and hold senior leaders accountable for improving how teams build and ship products.

Manage marketing technology platforms and operations, partnering with engineering on solution design and implementations.
