Handle inbound small-business loan enquiries, build rapport via phone and email, qualify and convert leads to accepted loans, manage a high-volume pipeline to monthly targets, pitch Funding Circle against competitors, use approved AI tools to improve productivity, and participate in training and weekly development sessions.

Design, build and maintain dbt models and programmatic data quality rules. Partner with product, engineering, analysts and data scientists to measure and resolve data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and champion data testing and governance best practices.

Lead data modelling strategy and standards, design and implement data models (star schemas), build scalable transformations using SQL, dbt, Python/PySpark, mentor engineers, co-own backlog, and translate business needs into technical solutions including custom AI and automation.
