Manage and enhance the enterprise risk management framework across the business. Responsibilities include advising on enterprise and operational risks, partnering with senior stakeholders, overseeing KRIs, RCSAs, risk events, governance tools, committee management, executive and Board reporting, risk-action tracking, and coaching risk team members.

Generate opportunities from warm leads through outbound calls and email, build relationships with small-business borrowers, explain funding options, manage applications through the pipeline, meet monthly targets, and resolve risks or issues. The role includes structured sales training, ongoing development, and progression opportunities. Candidates need some sales or service exposure, strong communication skills, comfort using AI tools, and a proactive approach to pipeline management.

Leads and coaches a high-volume inbound sales team, manages performance against targets, analyzes funnel and conversion metrics, optimizes sales processes, and drives continuous improvement. Provides live coaching, develops team members, supports hiring and onboarding, uses CRM and sales analytics to report pipeline insights, implements new initiatives, and promotes Generative AI and sales tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
