Supports the Risk & Compliance team by collecting fund data, checking completeness and accuracy, preparing reports, and transmitting reporting to third parties. The role includes identifying missing information, escalating issues, monitoring activity through dashboards, coordinating deadlines, and partnering with technology teams to improve automation. Training is provided on data collection, report compilation, review, and transmission processes.

Owns business planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, profitability analysis, KPI development, capital expenditure tracking, and financial modeling across a multi-entity group. The role partners with the CFO and business stakeholders, supports board and investor reporting, contributes to month-end close and audits, maintains finance systems, and provides commercial insights for strategic decisions. Responsibilities include multi-year planning, unit economics, revenue analysis, transfer pricing support, and process documentation.

Manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for support, onboarding, migration, training, and service delivery. Coordinate client requests across fund administration departments, monitor response timelines, resolve escalations, improve communication workflows, identify data structure gaps, automate repetitive processes, assess delivery risks, and advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback.

Own the full product lifecycle for a platform area, from discovery and strategy through delivery and post-launch optimization. Conduct client discovery, gather feedback, prioritize opportunities using data, and align product decisions with business goals. Collaborate with engineering, product owners, business teams, and UI/UX leadership to deliver products through agile sprints. Manage stakeholders, remove delivery obstacles, improve development processes, and support long-term product planning.

Own end-to-end onboarding and migration projects for venture capital and private market funds. Coordinate clients, operations, and data migration teams; manage timelines, milestones, risks, documentation, and communications. Set up fund static data, review and reconcile migrated information, ensure auditability and accuracy, guide onboarding team members, and improve processes, templates, and checklists. Support commercial discussions with onboarding capacity and timeline insights.

Supports sales leadership with prospect research, lead generation, pitch materials, CRM management, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, client proposals, RFPs, and sales reporting. Collaborates with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams while monitoring asset management industry trends and competitors. The role provides foundational exposure to B2B enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and client acquisition.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems using Python, Django, DRF, FastAPI, Docker, and AWS. Build service integrations, optimize APIs, write automated tests, document systems, and ensure production reliability. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, product, and other stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions. Participate in code reviews, improve engineering processes, share technical expertise, and mentor junior and mid-level backend engineers.

Own the full sales cycle for institutional private-equity buy-out clients, develop the upmarket go-to-market strategy, generate pipeline through industry networks, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, negotiate commercial terms, maintain CRM forecasts, represent Fundcraft at industry events, and coordinate successful client handoffs with onboarding, success, operations, and product teams.
