Own and standardize Service Operations processes, governance, and SOP library. Lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, embed compliance controls, translate operational needs to Product/Engineering, build capacity models, and run governance to reduce manual work and enable audit-ready, scalable workflows.

Perform daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for funds, process vendor invoices, assist in NAV, CAS and quarterly report preparation using the fundcraft platform, support audits and maintain financial records to ensure timely, compliant fund accounting outputs.

Maintain shareholder registers, initiate closing processes, verify investor KYC, manage transactions, and ensure compliance for fund operations.

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation. Troubleshoot complex issues, enforce security best practices, document systems, and mentor junior DevOps engineers to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

The AIFM Risk Manager oversees risk management activities, updates policies, assesses transactions, and prepares reports to ensure compliance and support strategic decisions.

Perform daily AML/KYC operations including initial and ongoing KYC/KYA/KYT checks, documentation and investor record maintenance, escalate high-risk issues, support onboarding and transactions, coordinate with internal teams, respond to client and regulatory queries, and act as a power user of the fundcraft platform to improve processes.

The Client Success Associate supports clients from onboarding to engagement, ensuring product benefits are maximized while managing communications and coordinating with internal teams.

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing AIFs, designing investment strategies, conducting financial analysis, and managing stakeholder relationships, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
