Develop and maintain backend platform capabilities, including data fixes, feature development, and bug handling. Work closely with users, clients, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, meet service-level expectations, identify root causes, and support roadmap planning. The role requires agile collaboration, shared ownership, automation, user focus, and familiarity with the company’s platform and technology stack.

Supports fund accounting and financial reporting for alternative investment fund clients. Performs bookkeeping, daily bank reconciliations, accounts payable and invoice reviews, and assists with NAV packages, capital account statements, quarterly reports, audits, regulatory compliance, and financial record maintenance using fundcraft and related accounting tools.

Own the full product lifecycle for a platform area, from discovery and strategy through delivery and post-launch optimization. Conduct client discovery, gather feedback, prioritize opportunities using data, and align product decisions with business goals. Collaborate with engineering, product owners, business teams, and UI/UX leadership to deliver products through agile sprints. Manage stakeholders, remove delivery obstacles, improve development processes, and support long-term product planning.
