Supports sales leadership with prospect research, lead generation, pitch materials, CRM management, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, client proposals, RFPs, and sales reporting. Collaborates with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams while monitoring asset management industry trends and competitors. The role provides foundational exposure to B2B enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and client acquisition.

Lead frontend architecture and development of scalable React components, make key technical decisions, establish coding and testing standards, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex frontend issues. Own features from development through deployment and maintenance while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams. Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and drive improvements to frontend tooling, workflows, performance, and maintainability.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems using Python, Django, DRF, FastAPI, Docker, and AWS. Build service integrations, optimize APIs, write automated tests, document systems, and ensure production reliability. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, product, and other stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions. Participate in code reviews, improve engineering processes, share technical expertise, and mentor junior and mid-level backend engineers.
