Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure platform adoption and satisfaction. Serve as primary contact, onboard and train clients, coordinate requests across specialist teams, drive automation and process standardization, and advocate product improvements based on client feedback.

Support development and maintenance of web applications using React. Implement UI changes, bug fixes, and features, collaborate with designers and backend engineers, follow code quality best practices, participate in code reviews, document work, and learn from senior team members to increase autonomy.

Lead portfolio management operations for a digital-native fund: review investment recommendations and documents, ensure transaction and regulatory compliance, coordinate with third-party advisors and internal teams, run Investment Committee meetings, produce performance and governance reports, update fund documentation and policies, and implement improvements to internal frameworks and new products.
