Manages and develops analysts while using AI, automation, and analytics platforms to improve pricing decisions and ancillary revenue per passenger.

Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including requirements gathering, supplier and market analysis, RFP/RFQ execution, financial modeling, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management. Develops sourcing strategies, savings opportunities, business cases, and executive presentations. Manages contracts with aviation manufacturers and MRO suppliers, identifies portfolio risks, and supports fleet-related projects.
