Oversees supervisors and flight attendants, performance, compliance, engagement, training, staffing, scheduling support, safety management, budgets, investigations, and corrective action. Partners with airport, crew scheduling, human resources, and union representatives while maintaining operational standards and meeting performance goals. The manager is also responsible for leadership development, special projects, and 24/7 operational availability.

Supervise all Flight Attendant operations for the Las Vegas base, including scheduling, training, qualifications, attendance, performance management, regulatory and collective bargaining compliance, emergency response, and operational issue resolution.
