Provide administrative and operational support for Airport Customer Service training and leadership, manage training records and course administration, track and resolve Left On Board (LOB) items, generate reports, assist with audits and projects, liaise with stations and customers to return belongings, and support departmental initiatives.

Coordinate and schedule pilot ground school, simulator training, and operating experience for A320 pilots; track qualifications and training records to meet FAA regulations; manage SIM bookings with Airbus; monitor/replace training slots, produce reports, coordinate with Crew Scheduling and other departments, and maintain training documentation and website content.

Lead Frontier's end-to-end customer experience strategy across digital, airport, inflight, and post-travel touchpoints. Drive CX transformation through journey mapping, CX platforms, AI-enabled personalization, cross-functional alignment, NPS and operational data analysis, IROPs planning, training, vendor and budget management to improve consistency, satisfaction, and customer value.
