Teams at Frontier Airlines

Maintain and audit aircraft assemblies and configurations in the FMIS database, track engine/APU/landing gear hours and cycles, coordinate rotable part conversions, support inducting aircraft, produce reports, and correct FMIS data errors (including requesting SQL scripts when needed).

Support inflight operations strategy by analyzing performance data, creating dashboards and tracking systems, recommending process improvements, assisting cross-functional projects, evaluating crew-facing technology, drafting procedures and leadership materials, and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Provide recurring and ad-hoc financial analyses across planning, cost reduction, benchmarking, labor, capital allocation, fleet planning and flight profitability. Build complex financial models (IRR, NPV, payback), investigate variances, identify revenue/cost opportunities, conduct scenario analysis, and collaborate with finance leadership and business stakeholders. Support FP&A model implementation in Anaplan and act as an internal consultant on process improvements.
