Teams at Frontier Airlines

Develops, coordinates, and delivers instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and multimedia training. Facilitates new hire orientation and onboarding, manages the company LMS, supports customer service culture initiatives, evaluates training needs, creates learning content, and serves as an internal training consultant and HR learning resource.

Leads technical data pods and external developers supporting Commercial business domains. Oversees delivery of enterprise data engineering, BI, reporting, analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions. Translates business requirements into scalable architectures, pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and data products using Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure, and Power BI. Establishes technical standards and governance, manages roadmaps and vendors, reviews designs and code, partners on security and data integrity, mentors team members, and advises leadership on data strategy and technology investments.

Supports HR compliance programs covering drug and alcohol testing, pilot records, background checks, and related regulatory requirements. Provides team guidance, training, policy interpretation, audit support, reporting, vendor coordination, process improvement, and emergency operations support. Reviews pilot-applicant records, escalates compliance risks, assists with budgets and invoices, and serves as a backup Designated Employer Representative.
