Work with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to analyze large customer datasets, build analytical solutions and dashboards (Tableau), design experiments, define KPIs, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.

Coordinate daily insurance product operations and distribution across markets, supporting claims monitoring, billing accuracy, fleet insurance administration, compliance, dealer network coordination, and KPIs tracking to drive uptake and operational efficiency.

Manage multi-country payroll (France, EMEA, US) and vendor relations; oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding); maintain HRIS (Deel) and HR data integrity; lead global mobility/visa processes; ensure labor law compliance (strong focus on French law); standardize People Ops processes and execute HR reporting and analytics; support office administration and act as employee point of contact.

Manage and grow a B2B carsharing portfolio in the Netherlands and Germany. Perform sales outreach, negotiate and close deals, ensure client satisfaction and retention, analyze market trends, collaborate with marketing and operations, and maintain sales pipeline and reporting.

Lead analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions. Run workshops, manage project plans and timelines, support data migration, training and change management, troubleshoot post-go-live issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions that meet client requirements.

Support the finance team by consolidating data for monthly closings and forecasts, analyzing results to identify causes and opportunities, running scenario simulations, synthesizing findings for stakeholders, and tracking KPIs to improve business performance.

Manage end-to-end international HR operations including multi-country payroll (EMEA & US), outsourced payroll vendor management, HRIS (Deel) administration, employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), labor law compliance (strong French focus), global mobility/visa processes, HR reporting/analytics, and local office administration while scaling and standardizing People Ops processes.

Develop, maintain and optimize SAP solutions (ABAP) across FI/CO/CA/MM. Design and implement SAP Fiori/UI5 apps, build OData services, integrate systems, perform performance tuning, unit testing, debugging, and document technical designs while collaborating with functional teams in an agile environment.

Manage installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, security, transport and performance tuning of SAP S/4HANA landscapes. Perform backups, upgrades, troubleshooting, HANA DB administration, user/authorization management, documentation, and collaborate with functional teams and vendors.

Own general ledger accounting and month-/year-end closings for assigned legal entities. Prepare reconciliations, intercompany settlements, closing entries, audit files, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with AP/AR/Treasury/Tax/FP&A/Controlling and contribute to process improvements.

Lead an engineering squad to accelerate AI adoption, integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into development pipelines, improve engineering velocity, coach and upskill the team, maintain delivery quality and system reliability during organizational transformation.

Lead the design and delivery of a governed VaaS data and AI platform: define governance, ontology, and APIs; build RAG/LLM pipelines, vector storage, and agentic integrations; coordinate analysts and engineers; translate business needs into high-impact AI use cases and automate workflows across ERP/CRM and operational systems.

Act as main operational contact for German partner network: onboard and train partners, support use of mobility systems, analyze KPIs, create action plans and training materials, and drive partner satisfaction and network deployment for new rental and connected-car solutions.

Support Partners in the Spanish market by training and coaching on Free2move systems, analyzing partner KPIs, preparing newsletters and training materials, driving partner satisfaction and economic performance, and supporting rollout of new rental and connected-car solutions as the main HQ contact.
