Provide comprehensive in-house legal support for vehicle-as-a-service activities, advising business, finance, procurement, and product teams. Draft and negotiate commercial, supplier, and IT contracts; manage litigation and risk; advise on privacy, data processing, technology, and AI matters; oversee French corporate governance; coordinate international counsel; improve legal processes; and mentor junior legal staff.
