Provide IT support for a macOS and Apple device environment in Paris. Manage Jira Service Management, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, asset inventory, device security, network support, and internal documentation. Improve recurring issues through automation and API integrations while delivering clear support to nontechnical employees.

Support the Legal Department with research on consumer, business, contract, GDPR, and digital law; draft legal memos and internal materials; review and update contracts including NDAs, service contracts, amendments, and DPAs; monitor regulatory developments; assist with compliance, litigation, debt recovery, and legal document management.

Serve as the primary legal advisor for the Carsharing business, drafting and negotiating B2B, B2C, IT, SaaS, and technology contracts. Oversee GDPR and global privacy compliance, including DPIAs, SCCs, data subject rights, retention, and breach response. Advise Business, Marketing, IT, and Procurement teams on commercial, digital, cybersecurity, and platform matters. Improve legal templates and processes, deliver training, manage external counsel, and support corporate initiatives and post-merger integration.
