Act as a product-focused legal expert, providing jurisdiction-specific regulatory advice, shaping product requirements, developing training/evaluation datasets with engineers, advising early customers, and establishing thought leadership in AI-driven legal and compliance technology.

Provide domain expertise in financial regulation to support sales, onboarding, and ongoing customer engagement. Advise customers on regulatory obligations, shape product positioning, identify product gaps, and contribute regulatory requirements into product development.

Serve as the customer-facing information security expert: demonstrate product fit, support hands-on onboarding and implementation of security controls and compliance programs, liaise with security/engineering/risk stakeholders, inform product direction from market insights, and advocate AI-driven solutions for compliance.

Own and drive customer engagements from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal. Run multiple concurrent engagements, drive adoption and growth, build scalable onboarding and tooling (using AI), and feed structured customer insights back to product and founding team.

Work with the founding team on growth, go-to-market, and internal operations. Own projects end-to-end, build systems and processes, leverage AI tools, and create customer education and operational infrastructure to scale the business.

Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI layers. Design APIs, data pipelines, retrieval and agent systems, ship UI components, implement observability and tests, debug production, and collaborate with design and product to solve legal compliance problems.

Own early customer acquisition and conversion for assigned markets; shape positioning, messaging, and GTM playbook with founders; build buyer relationships; feed product and GTM insights; help scale sales processes and stay involved through onboarding to ensure customer success.
