Manage development projects end-to-end with clients, run technical status meetings, provide initial technical consultation, and (with experience) deliver online database development training (up to 15% time).

Provide 2nd-line NetSuite administration and user support across multiple European entities. Maintain roles, permissions, workflows, data integrity, integrations (Salesforce via MuleSoft, Zone Billing), and support financial close, change control, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.
