Develop application components, custom connectors, and integrations connecting ERP systems, business applications, and third-party platforms. Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support customers throughout delivery. Contribute to generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI agent, and intelligent automation initiatives, including prompt design, configuration, testing, and validation. Produce technical documentation and provide functional and technical support.

Owns B2B audience growth and lifecycle marketing strategies across target segments and customer stages. Develops content for demand generation campaigns, nurture programs, digital journeys, sales initiatives, events, and reactivation efforts. Creates campaign frameworks and promotional materials, analyzes content performance, and recommends optimization opportunities. Works independently, influences stakeholders, improves marketing processes, solves complex content challenges, and may coach junior colleagues.
