Write performance-focused marketing copy across landing pages, paid social/SEA, CRM/email, video scripts and print. Collaborate with Product, CRO, Design and channel teams to translate marketing goals, optimise copy via A/B testing and performance insights, and contribute to brand messaging and guidelines.

Lead CRM lifecycle and growth: build segmented, personalised journeys for newsletters and leads, optimise opt-in touchpoints and deliverability, run partner campaigns, monitor campaign QA and hygiene, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale data-driven retention and acquisition.

Drive operational excellence across Customer Care and Medical Operations by analysing workflows, defining KPIs, and implementing AI-driven automation. Support scaling of new healthcare categories, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Data, and rapidly prototype process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.

Lead and scale supply chain and procurement in Germany: develop strategy, manage inventory and suppliers, negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, drive process improvements and sustainability, and partner cross-functionally to improve cost, quality, and reliability.

Lead creative strategy for Meta acquisition channels by building a rigorous creative testing engine, turning audience insight into high-performing briefs, managing production and creator partners, and using performance metrics to iterate and scale effective creative.

Lead and scale CRO across the full e-commerce funnel: define hypotheses, run A/B tests, build an experimentation framework, analyze data to remove friction, and work cross-functionally to improve landing pages, onboarding, basket, and checkout to boost conversions and revenue.

Identify and implement high-impact AI and automation use cases across the business; analyse and optimise processes; prototype, test and deploy AI-driven solutions; drive adoption, upskill teams, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CX and Tech to measure impact.
