Own the Dermatology category in Germany with end-to-end responsibility for growth, revenue, profitability, online shop performance, acquisition, retention, pricing, conversion, payments, and category P&L. Define the long-term strategy, manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, operations, and finance, monitor KPIs, and present recommendations to leadership. The role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, growth experience, and autonomous decision-making in a fast-changing digital health environment.

Serve as sole German legal counsel for FORMEL SKIN: manage litigation risk, advise on healthcare and AI regulation, lead German commercial contracting, ensure GDPR/BDSG compliance, oversee corporate governance and employment law, and build legal operations and contract‑management processes while advising senior stakeholders and coordinating with UK Group Legal.

Drive operational excellence across Customer Care and Medical Operations by analysing workflows, defining KPIs, and implementing AI-driven automation. Support scaling of new healthcare categories, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Data, and rapidly prototype process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
