Designs, configures, supports, and maintains Epic systems to optimize clinical workflows. Analyzes workflows and data flow, participates in testing and implementation, ensures data security and privacy, collaborates with stakeholders, and applies IS project management to deliver efficient Epic solutions.

Provide direct inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care, develop and assess treatment plans, participate in on-call rotations, lead quality improvement, collaborate on education and training, and perform other assigned duties.

Lead configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM and related business systems. Act as liaison between business units and IT, evaluate user needs, design solutions, support system operations, ensure data security and integrity, and contribute to process improvement and departmental budgeting.

Compounds, dispenses, and documents medications in a healthcare setting; enters and monitors medication orders in Cerner, provides drug information and consultation, supervises support staff, ensures accurate compounding/dispensing and compliance with pharmacy policies, and participates in pharmacy projects and quality initiatives.

Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations using ultrasound equipment, collects patient history, produces imaging for diagnosis, ensures patient and staff safety, maintains and cleans equipment, documents exam data, provides patient education, and participates in rotating on-call coverage and other departmental duties as assigned.

Manage day-to-day cancer registry operations and accreditation with CoC, direct case finding and abstracting for 3,000+ cases annually, perform QA audits, report data to RQRS/NCDB, train staff, support multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with SEER, NAACCR, LTR, and CoC standards.

Lead daily operations of clinical case management staff: scheduling, onboarding, education, quality reviews, and weekly high-risk case screening. Provide direct case management including assessment, resource allocation, outcome tracking, and staffing coverage. Report and analyze productivity, referral patterns, utilization, and cost savings to improve service delivery and support director with hiring and performance improvement projects.

Responsible for maintaining departmental chargemasters and CDM processes to ensure accurate coding and maximum reimbursement, perform reimbursement analysis, resolve billing edits, interpret Medicare coding changes, train/supervise staff, collaborate with billing, HIM, and payer relations to reduce denials, and develop revenue reports and process improvements to protect hospital revenue.

Provide direct patient care in an oncology clinic under RN/physician supervision; coordinate appointments, tests, and referrals; administer medications and treatments within LPN scope; participate in quality improvement and team activities; may precept staff and assist with patient flow and documentation.

Provide holistic psychiatric nursing care for adolescent patients, including psychosocial and physiologic assessments, individualized care planning, patient/family education, documentation, care coordination, quality improvement participation, and mentoring of team members.

Manage and maintain RIS/PACS operations, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, provide end-user training and support, perform system troubleshooting and updates, coordinate hardware/software installations, develop policies, and manage departmental QC and budgeting for imaging systems.

Provides clerical and unit support in a hospital clinical unit (NICU): assembles/disassembles charts, prepares admission and discharge packets, maintains logs, assists nurses with admissions and equipment, performs OAE screening under audiologist direction, orders and stocks supplies, greets visitors, answers phones, and supports physicians and emergencies.

Provide direct patient and emergency cardiology care, develop and assess treatment plans, participate in quality improvement, collaborate with colleagues, engage in education and training, and perform other assigned duties.

Provide patient and family assistance and education, coordinate referrals and post-discharge resources, develop individualized care plans, facilitate admissions/discharges/transfers, prevent readmissions, liaise between acute and sub-acute providers, and collect/analyze data for dashboards to improve outcomes.
