Oversee development, implementation, and continuous improvement of hospital stroke care protocols and telemedicine services. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage program resources, monitor performance metrics, lead quality and patient safety initiatives, prepare for accreditation surveys, and provide staff education and mentorship to improve clinical outcomes.

Provide direct pediatric nursing care under provider supervision, administer medications and treatments, coordinate patient flow and appointments, review diagnostics and report abnormalities, support care planning and quality improvement, and perform other assigned clinic duties.

Performs diagnostic sonographic exams, operates and calibrates ultrasound equipment, documents results, prepares patients, maintains QA and supplies, assists with transport, participates in education, and follows safety and departmental policies.
