Designs, configures, supports, and maintains Epic systems to optimize clinical workflows. Analyzes workflows and data flow, participates in testing and implementation, ensures data security and privacy, collaborates with stakeholders, and applies IS project management to deliver efficient Epic solutions.

Provide direct inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care, develop and assess treatment plans, participate in on-call rotations, lead quality improvement, collaborate on education and training, and perform other assigned duties.

Sets up and operates heart-lung and extracorporeal circulation equipment during surgery, manages bypass and blood temperature/content, interprets lab data (ACTs, ABGs), collaborates with surgical team, leads others as needed, and participates in quality improvement and cost containment.
