The Multifamily IT Director supports and implements property technology systems, including software, integrated hardware, and resident applications. Corporate and Commercial Counsel will serve as a business partner supporting commercial agreements, corporate transactions, subsidiary governance, and operational legal matters. The role also advises on brand, advertising compliance, real estate, landlord-tenant issues, permitting, and regulatory matters while coordinating with business teams and outside counsel. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, maintaining multi-entity corporate records, preparing consents and resolutions, and supporting post-closing integration.

Provide pragmatic corporate and commercial legal support across contracts, real estate transactions, and multi-entity governance. Draft and negotiate vendor and property management agreements, coordinate outside counsel, advise business teams, and support landlord-tenant operations and ad hoc employment, privacy, licensing, and construction issues.

Manages FF&E procurement and quantity surveying for real estate development projects. Responsibilities include quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, supplier sourcing, RFQs, bid comparisons, contract administration, budget and variation monitoring, payment applications, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and coordination with design, engineering, site, planning, consultant, and vendor teams.

Supports procurement and cost control for real estate development projects through quantity take-offs, estimates, supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, contract administration, cost tracking, and delivery coordination. The role prepares RFQs, comparison statements, purchase orders, valuations, and project documentation while coordinating with site teams, consultants, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain budgets and schedules.

Execute the MENA social and content strategy across major platforms, creating short-form video and managing content calendars. Lead photoshoots, influencer recruitment and partnerships, event content, brand collateral, partner marketing, and campaign activations. Track performance, report insights, and manage timelines and light budgets. The role requires hands-on content creation, strong knowledge of the MENA social landscape, Arabic and English fluency, and 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Lead strategic finance initiatives, including business planning, long-range planning, financial modeling, unit economics, market sizing, and venture development. Support M&A, partnerships, capital financing, board presentations, and strategic decision-making. Build KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure for new ventures while partnering cross-functionally with business leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Partners with corporate leaders and employees across functions, locations, and levels to develop People strategies. Coaches managers, leads employee relations investigations, supports performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent and engagement initiatives, and change management. Uses People data to identify trends and inform decisions, collaborates with Recruiting, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance, and helps build scalable policies and processes while ensuring compliance with multi-state employment requirements.

Design high-performing paid media creatives (static, motion, mixed-format), translate strategic briefs into on-brand work, collaborate with growth marketers and copywriters, analyze ad performance to iterate, and bring tactile, nature-inspired sensibility to digital campaigns.

Manage cost control and procurement for real estate development projects: perform quantity take-offs and BOQs, estimate costs, prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, administer contracts, track procurement and deliveries, liaise with site teams and vendors to keep projects within budget.

Own end-to-end procurement for FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies across KSA. Build supplier networks, run RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage POs/invoices/ERP records, ensure Saudi regulatory compliance, and drive cost savings and on-time delivery.

Owner of the on-site sales motion for prospective residents: conduct discovery conversations, tailor housing solutions, run tours and closings, use Flow's technology to track workflows and insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and cultivate local partnerships to drive resident conversion.

Build end-to-end software, workflow automations, and AI-enabled products that improve operations and resident experiences. Partner with business teams, move across the stack, run experiments, and own solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption.

The Head of Finance will lead financial strategy and operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and team leadership to support sustainable growth.

Lead oversight of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects across business lines, ensuring budget adherence, accurate capitalization, monthly reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and process controls. Collaborate with project managers, property management, finance teams, and leadership to track projects, document processes, and recommend improvements.
