Serve as the primary HR representative for California operations, managing employee relations, full lifecycle HR (onboarding/offboarding), compliance with California employment law, onsite presence across properties, Rippling data integrity, and partnering with TA for local recruiting support.

Lead the development of Flow's ownership products by defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring revenue accountability while leveraging AI tools.

The Document Controller manages and archives project-related documents, ensuring version control and compliance with project protocols and global standards.
