Serve as the embedded HR partner for property and front-line teams across multiple U.S. markets. Lead end-to-end employee relations, coach managers, own onboarding and People initiatives, analyze people metrics, partner with Recruiting/Payroll/Operations, ensure compliance with multi-state employment law, and provide on-site operational support to strengthen culture and performance.

Own end-to-end procurement for FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies across KSA. Build supplier networks, run RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage POs/invoices/ERP records, ensure Saudi regulatory compliance, and drive cost savings and on-time delivery.
