Support strategic finance, long-range planning, corporate development, capital markets, and new venture initiatives. Build financial models, unit economics, business cases, dashboards, and KPI reporting. Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, pricing, go-to-market planning, and operating model design. Assist with M&A, partnerships, investments, board materials, and financing processes while collaborating cross-functionally in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

The Multifamily IT Director supports and implements property technology systems, including software, integrated hardware, and resident applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system testing and upgrades, vendor coordination, identifying technology gaps, conducting training, creating standard operating procedures, and serving as the subject matter expert for multifamily building systems. The role requires strong communication, independent work skills, and substantial multifamily property management technology experience.

Own Flow’s U.S. entity administration and compliance, including formations, dissolutions, foreign qualifications, filings, registered agents, corporate records, KYC/UBO diligence, approvals, powers of attorney, and operational permitting. The role independently manages multiple time-sensitive workstreams in a fast-growing, regulated business and supports evolving legal processes.
