Teams at Flow

Support the General Manager in daily property operations with focus on leasing, resident relations, financial administration, maintenance coordination, compliance, and reporting. Handle rent collections, lease processing, resident communications, inspections, vendor coordination, and support community events to drive occupancy and retention.

Support month-end and year-end close for KSA entities: prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, monthly financial statements and management reports; coordinate AP/AR, ensure accurate records, and improve accounting processes and controls.

Prepare and post daily accounting transactions, manage AP/AR (including ZATCA e-invoicing compliance), perform reconciliations and bank duties, support month-end close, issue invoices and apply payments, and coordinate with Leasing, Operations, and Legal to resolve collections across Flow's KSA property portfolio.
