Investigate fraud and AML alerts, analyze customer and transaction activity, document findings, and escalate suspicious or time-sensitive risks. Support AML, BSA, sanctions, and financial crime compliance programs; maintain monitoring rules and controls; identify emerging risks and trends; assist with risk assessments, audits, regulatory inquiries, and examinations; and collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.

Owner of end-to-end client relationships and new business origination for RIAs; manage pipeline and CRM, drive product adoption, share client feedback cross-functionally, develop growth strategies, and travel to clients and conferences (under 50%).

The Business Development Representative will generate leads, schedule meetings, manage new markets, and contribute to sales operations, with potential growth into closing new business.
