Build and manage project pipelines from lead through close, including sourcing, bidding, pricing, RFPs, contracts, and execution. Develop long-term client relationships through market visits and networking, collaborate with store PRO teams, and use Salesforce to manage accounts and opportunities. Daily vehicle travel and limited air travel are required.

Lead advanced Workday security configuration, solution design, governance, optimization, audits, and production support across HCM and related modules. Translate access requirements into scalable least-privilege and segregation-of-duties solutions, troubleshoot complex security issues, assess impacts of changes and integrations, support access reviews, and maintain governance documentation.
