Lead the digital visual storytelling and creative strategy across email, advertising, social, and e-commerce. Define and champion a cohesive brand vision, partner cross-functionally to drive engagement and conversion, build and evolve digital design systems, art direct video/motion and photography, manage external agencies and production, and hire/coach a high-performing digital creative team while integrating AI and emerging technologies into creative workflows.

Support stores and Pro Services with large commercial sales: process and validate large-order requests, coordinate purchasing/logistics/finance, present deals to Store Support Center, track deadlines, and assist with contracts, deposits, and special delivery needs.

Own regional B2B commercial sales for builders, developers, designers, and contractors. Develop client relationships, source and manage project pipelines, prepare bids and RFPs, negotiate pricing and contracts, and oversee projects from lead through successful execution. Collaborate with inside sales and store-level PRO teams while using Salesforce to manage customer and pipeline activity. The role requires daily driving throughout the assigned region and limited air travel for customer or corporate events.
