Owns and executes website and eCommerce personalization strategy through audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, product recommendations, and tailored messaging. Builds and optimizes personalization campaigns, designs A/B and multivariate tests, monitors conversion and revenue metrics, maintains the personalization roadmap, and partners with merchandising, marketing, UX, analytics, and engineering teams. Ensures data quality and tracking while applying insights to improve engagement, conversion, average order value, and customer loyalty.

Supports Commercial Sales through contract administration, national account maintenance, purchase order agreement tracking, rebate reconciliation, and recurring commercial reporting. The role audits contracts, monitors renewals and agreement statuses, identifies discrepancies and data gaps, maintains accurate documentation, and coordinates with Sales and Finance. It also prepares account performance, contract, purchase order, and rebate reports while handling ad hoc analysis requests.

Manages outside commercial sales across an assigned region, serving institutional buyers such as builders, developers, designers, and contractors. Responsibilities include prospecting, customer relationship management, product presentations, RFP and bid preparation, commercial job coordination, order and delivery tracking, installation oversight, and claim resolution. The role requires daily local travel, collaboration with inside sales, purchasing, inventory, and store teams, and participation in trade associations and promotional events.
