Manage recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, vendors, staffing agencies, and stakeholder relationships while using data to address hiring bottlenecks and close positions efficiently.

Manage CRM data quality, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, revenue reporting, funnel analysis, automation workflows, attribution, incentive tracking, and operational documentation. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to improve efficiency, troubleshoot systems, and maintain accurate reporting. Use LLM and AI tools to optimize workflows, analyze data, support documentation, and automate revenue operations processes.
