Own end-to-end hiring for non-technical, sales, marketing, renewals, and intern roles while serving as HR partner for approximately 100–120 employees. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, grievances, performance improvement plans, exits, employee engagement, retention, vendor coordination, and maintaining HR documentation and trackers.

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve billing, invoicing, inventory, GST, accounting, and product-related questions. Use Tally knowledge to guide customers through myBillBook workflows, document interactions, follow support processes, escalate complex issues, and close pending concerns. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, CRM proficiency, and comfort working with customer support metrics, rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Handle inbound customer calls, understand product and account-related issues, provide accurate resolutions, document interactions in CRM or ticketing systems, follow support procedures, escalate complex concerns, and ensure timely closure. The role requires strong communication, empathy, patience, problem-solving, and ownership while meeting customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, adherence, and resolution metrics in a rotational-shift environment.
