Perform removal, installation, and fabrication of aircraft interiors (seats, galleys, panels, etc.), read blueprints, measure and fit components, use hand/power tools, coordinate with inspection and supervision for FAA/Repair Station compliance, and perform functional testing and other assigned duties.

Manage goods receipt/dispatch, inventory accuracy, shelf-life control, quarantine non-compliant items, preserve parts per manufacturer/regulatory requirements, prepare shipments, and support audits and engineering to supply serviceable components.

Plan, optimise, and monitor helicopter flight schedules; provide real-time operational support to flight crews; coordinate aircraft availability, maintenance and MEL restrictions; manage permits, flight handling and stakeholder communications; support sales and client services with trip planning and flight suitability; handle day-of-flight logistics and customer updates; proactively manage disruptions and improve fleet utilisation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for European hires, partner with HR leadership, support hiring managers, maintain HR systems and GDPR compliance, develop employer branding and recruitment metrics, and provide administrative HR support.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior VP of Flight Operations and other flight executives: manage schedules and travel, handle calls, prepare meetings and reports, process correspondence, manage databases, coordinate invoices/expenses, and prepare presentation materials.

Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Ensure U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, internal control execution, and audit support. Deliver KPI and management reporting, analyze variances, support budgeting/forecasting, and drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Serve as frontline contact for affluent clients, manage trip booking and scheduling, monitor day-of flight operations, communicate changes, coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain contractual compliance, and deliver consistently exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience.

Plan and optimize Day 0+1 flight schedules, ensuring compliant crew pairings and aircraft assignments. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Crew Dispatch and Flight Communications; respond to IROPS and AOG events; monitor crew legality and qualifications; optimise crew and aircraft utilisation; communicate schedule changes and maintain records; handle crew travel/accommodation when needed. Work a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour shift rotation covering days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Support the Accounting & Finance team by posting vendor and operator invoices, establishing Jet Card accounts, assisting with client billing, responding to Zendesk requests, reconciling discrepancies, supporting audits, and performing ad-hoc accounting projects.

Serve as frontline contact for affluent clients, manage end-to-end trip booking and day-of flight operations, handle high volumes of calls, coordinate with internal departments, ensure contractual compliance and exceptional client service, and resolve issues promptly.

Lead and manage Line Stores operations supporting aircraft maintenance and flight operations. Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, parts control, documentation, supplier relationships, FAA compliance, audits, and safety programs while collaborating with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

Drive outbound and inbound sales to build and manage a diverse client portfolio, maximize charter bookings and revenue, log activity in Salesforce, collaborate with Flexjet and internal teams, source aircraft, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting KPIs and targets.

Lead and oversee Flight Administration functions including crew data integrity, compliance tracking, payroll inputs, onboarding, reporting, and supervision of administrative staff. Partner with Scheduling, HR, Payroll, Training, and IT to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient administrative workflows supporting pilots and cabin crew.

Coordinate planning, scheduling, and documentation for all aircrew initial and recurrent training. Manage training reservations, invoices, communications with providers, FAA reporting, and crew scheduling logistics. Support training spreadsheet maintenance, billing reconciliation, and cross-department coordination in the OCC.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of international flight operations for the U.S. fleet, including permits, customs/immigration filings, flight plan filing, airport coordination, fuel/ground services, crew and passenger logistics, regulatory compliance, weather/event monitoring, trip briefings, and resolution of operational deviations while communicating changes to stakeholders.

Operate as First Officer on Sikorsky and Leonardo helicopters, supporting the Captain in safe flight operations, crew coordination, passenger handling, regulatory compliance, and administrative duties. Maintain medical fitness, professional conduct, complete line training, and assist with pre/post-flight tasks and occasional ground handling.

Administer, secure, monitor, and tune enterprise Microsoft SQL Server databases. Plan and implement changes, HA/DR solutions, backups, and recovery. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to troubleshoot, optimize SQL code, and support mission-critical systems for private aviation operations.
