Provide HR advisory and employee relations support including case management (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance), investigations, documentation, guidance to managers, support formal hearings, maintain records, and contribute to HR projects and policy improvement.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze large operational datasets (flight activity, utilization, ground/FBO), apply statistical and ML methods including LLM-assisted analysis, automate workflows, lead analytics projects, and translate recurring operational questions into repeatable tools to drive decisions.

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and LLM-powered applications (knowledge assistants, RAG pipelines, semantic search). Develop data pipelines, ETL, and production ML systems with CI/CD, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Collaborate with engineers, product, and stakeholders to integrate AI into enterprise systems, ensure governance, and maintain documentation and model lifecycle management.

Lead design, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise-scale ML and Generative AI systems. Build cloud-native MLOps platforms, oversee LLM and RAG deployments, ensure governance, scalability, security, and compliance, and manage teams of AI and MLOps engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models; build and maintain production ML pipelines; preprocess and validate large datasets; implement APIs and integrate models into systems; monitor, optimize, and retrain models; collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Lead software product strategy and execution: gather user feedback and conduct usability testing, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog and roadmap, support sprint planning, collaborate with engineering/design/support, track product performance, and align stakeholders through regular updates.

Serve as the primary client contact for Flexjet owners, delivering high-end customer service, coordinating requests (catering, transport, entertainment), assisting flight crews, dispatching services, maintaining facilities and guest areas, and supporting emergency response and promotional events.

Serve as embedded primary liaison for a key client managing jet fuel procurement (fossil and SAF), FBO operations, sustainability strategy, emissions reporting, accounting reconciliation, and long-term fuel and ground-operations planning. Coordinate cross-functional teams, scale 4AIR and Everest tools, guide SAF sourcing and renewable strategies, ensure accurate climate disclosures, and support special event ground operations to drive measurable emission reductions and operational excellence.

Perform removal, installation, and fabrication of aircraft interiors (seats, galleys, panels, etc.), read blueprints, measure and fit components, use hand/power tools, coordinate with inspection and supervision for FAA/Repair Station compliance, and perform functional testing and other assigned duties.

Operate as First Officer on Flexjet aircraft for domestic and international flights, supporting the Captain, following SOPs, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, completing required training and administrative duties, and maintaining medical and regulatory compliance.

Greet and assist internal and external clients via phone, email, and in person. Manage high-volume calls, schedule conference rooms, handle mailroom tasks, create badges, order supplies/catering, stock coffee areas, and provide general administrative support while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Control, store, and distribute aircraft parts ensuring compliance with Part-145 and airworthiness documentation. Manage goods receipt/dispatch, inventory accuracy, shelf-life control, quarantine non-compliant items, preserve parts per manufacturer/regulatory requirements, prepare shipments, and support audits and engineering to supply serviceable components.

Plan, optimise, and monitor helicopter flight schedules; provide real-time operational support to flight crews; coordinate aircraft availability, maintenance and MEL restrictions; manage permits, flight handling and stakeholder communications; support sales and client services with trip planning and flight suitability; handle day-of-flight logistics and customer updates; proactively manage disruptions and improve fleet utilisation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for European hires, partner with HR leadership, support hiring managers, maintain HR systems and GDPR compliance, develop employer branding and recruitment metrics, and provide administrative HR support.

Serve as frontline contact for affluent clients, manage trip booking and scheduling, monitor day-of flight operations, communicate changes, coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain contractual compliance, and deliver consistently exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience.

Plan and optimize Day 0+1 flight schedules, ensuring compliant crew pairings and aircraft assignments. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Crew Dispatch and Flight Communications; respond to IROPS and AOG events; monitor crew legality and qualifications; optimise crew and aircraft utilisation; communicate schedule changes and maintain records; handle crew travel/accommodation when needed. Work a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour shift rotation covering days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Serve as frontline contact for affluent clients, manage end-to-end trip booking and day-of flight operations, handle high volumes of calls, coordinate with internal departments, ensure contractual compliance and exceptional client service, and resolve issues promptly.

Lead and manage Line Stores operations supporting aircraft maintenance and flight operations. Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, parts control, documentation, supplier relationships, FAA compliance, audits, and safety programs while collaborating with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
