Design, develop, and troubleshoot high-performance, highly available backend APIs and services. Analyze technical requirements, manage product lifecycles, migrate legacy applications, and collaborate across departments. Mentor colleagues, introduce new solutions, and stay current with technology and development best practices.

Qualify and convert inbound sustainability leads for business aviation across Europe, manage CRM records, collaborate with marketing and programs, attend industry events, and act as subject-matter expert on sustainability and aviation policy to drive long-term client relationships.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, scale 4AIR and Everest tools, guide SAF sourcing and renewable strategies, ensure accurate climate disclosures, and support special event ground operations to drive measurable emission reductions and operational excellence.

Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS record-keeping, and onboarding. Support recruitment events, Early Careers initiatives, and TA projects. Provide administrative support, manage offers and pre-employment checks, maintain recruitment systems, and produce accurate metrics while building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Manage helicopter flight scheduling and coordination, interact with customers and staff, ensure FAA/regulatory compliance, monitor weather and crew duty time, process waivers, produce reports, support maintenance availability, handle billing reconciliation, and provide overnight on-call flight following and crew briefing.

Administer and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance), support open enrollment, process enrollments/changes, answer employee benefits and basic leave questions, coordinate with vendors and payroll, ensure compliance with COBRA/HIPAA/ACA, audit enrollment data, and deliver employee communications and presentations.
