Coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves billing and service issues, supports climate disclosures, evaluates emissions-reduction technologies, guides renewable energy strategies, and ensures accurate sustainability marketing. The role requires aviation fuel, sustainability, FBO, analytical, communication, and negotiation expertise, plus frequent travel across North America and occasional international travel.

Investigate and respond to security incidents, serving as an escalation point for SOC events. Partners with hiring managers on recruitment plans and employee development initiatives, supports HR projects and HRIS improvements, and coordinates industry expos, campus visits, and university recruiting events.

Plans and coordinates same-day and next-day international flights. Files legal flight plans, customs paperwork, permits, handling requests, and slot reservations; prepares crew documentation; performs flight following; coordinates with customs authorities, foreign handlers, vendors, crews, and internal teams; and resolves time-sensitive operational issues. The role requires strong knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft capabilities, weather, ATC flow, and international flight operations, with availability for variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Maintains test automation frameworks supporting continuous integration, creates testing strategies across unit through user acceptance testing, analyzes results, and reports defects and findings. The role requires aviation compliance experience, knowledge of EASA and UK CAA regulations, lead auditing capability, strong communication skills, and familiarity with human factors in aviation.

Coordinate and support Cabin Server training and hospitality training logistics worldwide. Maintain training records, schedule new hire and recurrent sessions, liaise with training providers, reconcile training invoices, prepare training facilities and supplies, assist with travel and documentation, and support Cabin Server leadership and trainers as needed.
