Manage end-to-end flight planning and client coordination for a private aircraft fleet: create flight packages, secure permits and slots, assess aerodrome suitability and risks, coordinate ground services and crew rostering, monitor operations and compliance, handle maintenance impacts and charter quotations, and provide high-touch client service while ensuring SMS and regulatory adherence.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze large operational datasets (flight activity, utilization, ground/FBO), apply statistical and ML methods including LLM-assisted analysis, automate workflows, lead analytics projects, and translate recurring operational questions into repeatable tools to drive decisions.
