Teams at Flexjet

Leads Flexjet’s European Owner Services organization and end-to-end owner experience. Develops customer experience, loyalty, retention, service recovery, and engagement strategies for high-net-worth clientele. Oversees geographically dispersed teams, service standards, satisfaction metrics, executive escalations, stakeholder partnerships, compliance, and continuous improvement across European markets.

Administer and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance), support open enrollment, process enrollments/changes, answer employee benefits and basic leave questions, coordinate with vendors and payroll, ensure compliance with COBRA/HIPAA/ACA, audit enrollment data, and deliver employee communications and presentations.

Coordinates VIP private jet trips from booking through completion, serving as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include confirming flight details, managing itinerary changes and additional services, reviewing documentation, monitoring flights, resolving feedback, requesting reviews, and supporting sales. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and comfort using aviation systems.
