Own and grow a portfolio of existing healthtech customer accounts. Build relationships with clinic and provider-group stakeholders, identify and close expansion opportunities, lead account reviews and renewals, prepare proposals and business cases, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate CRM account health and growth forecasts.

Owns Flagler Health’s CRM, go-to-market technology, revenue data, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and operational processes. Manage technical implementation projects for healthcare clinics from signed agreement through launch. Prioritize requests, coordinate EHR integrations and data pipelines, create schedules with owners and deadlines, align engineering, product, and clinic teams, identify risks, communicate launch status, and improve implementation playbooks. Requires 3–6 years of technical or implementation project management experience and familiarity with APIs, data models, and integrations.

Own strategic finance planning, forecasting, reporting, unit economics, cash and headcount planning, and corporate finance analysis. Own end-to-end development of a healthcare revenue cycle platform using Vue, TypeScript, Express, and MongoDB. Design contract-first APIs, model clinical and financial data, build shared packages, integrate EHR and health-data systems, and deliver features from specification through production support. The role requires scalable query design, auditable financial workflows, configurable state machines, and strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to musculoskeletal healthcare practices through email, phone, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, personalize messaging, qualify inbound leads, book and brief meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, share market feedback, and achieve monthly meeting and opportunity targets. The role is remote and designed for an early-career sales professional who is coachable, organized, resilient, and comfortable with phone-based outreach.

Own product and operational analytics across a healthcare platform, including retention, cohorts, funnels, engagement, metrics, dashboards, and data quality. Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument features, investigate anomalies, identify root causes, and answer open-ended business questions. Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for executives and technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, Python or R, communication, analytical reasoning, and comfort in a fast-moving startup.

Own the end-to-end revenue cycle product roadmap, including eligibility, prior authorizations, claims-adjacent workflows, and EHR integrations. Translate clinic operations into product requirements, partner with Engineering on delivery and trade-offs, engage clinics and operations teams, define success metrics, and shape broader platform strategy. The role requires direct revenue cycle experience, strong communication, autonomy in a startup environment, and regular travel to NYC.
