Lead product strategy and development for healthcare technology products, collaborating with engineering and data science teams. Manage product lifecycle, define KPIs, and prioritize feature development to drive business goals.

Design, build, and scale the AI and automation layer for clinical and back-office operations. Own the automation roadmap, discover workflows, lead EHR integrations, implement tooling (LLMs, agents, APIs, browser/desktop automation), manage vendors, align with engineering, hire and coach an AI Ops team, and enforce production monitoring, documentation, and change management.
