Support the CEO and CTO through complex calendar management, meeting preparation, travel planning, correspondence, presentations, and expense tracking. Manage front-of-house operations, office supplies, vendors, events, and an upcoming office move. Provide occasional personal support and handle ad hoc operational projects while maintaining discretion, strong judgment, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in a fully onsite startup environment.

Own end-to-end development of a healthcare revenue cycle platform using Vue, TypeScript, Express, and MongoDB. Design contract-first APIs, model clinical and financial data, build shared packages, integrate EHR and health-data systems, and deliver features from specification through production support. The role requires scalable query design, auditable financial workflows, configurable state machines, and strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management.

Own production data pipelines ingesting clinical and claims data from EHR systems into Databricks. Responsibilities include data validation, normalization, orchestration, CDC from MongoDB, de-identified research exports, data quality monitoring, incident investigation, safe backfills, and TypeScript orchestration development. The role also supports clinic onboarding and secure handling of protected health information.
