Act as fiskaly's e-invoicing subject-matter expert: support pre-sales, monitor and interpret European regulatory changes, train and enable the CS team, create and validate AI-assisted content and videos, document guidance, and serve as escalation point for complex e-invoicing/fiscalization scenarios.

Lead backend architecture and design high-scale distributed systems in Go. Drive technical vision, write/review RFCs, build shared libraries and dev tools, mentor senior engineers, and pioneer AI-enabled development workflows while solving cross-team performance and consistency challenges.

Design and architect agentic systems that automate the software development lifecycle, create multi-agent workflows, build verification/judge agents for compliance, define human-in-the-loop touchpoints, and oversee API and microservice architecture for a SaaS platform.

Serve as the technical consultant and advocate for customers through discovery, onboarding, audits, and certification. Lead pre-sales technical calls, troubleshoot complex API and integration issues, create developer-facing documentation, and champion AI tools to streamline support. Liaise between Sales and Engineering to translate customer needs into solutions.

Design and build resilient, high-performance Go microservices for a SaaS fiscalization platform. Own architecture through deployment, leverage AI-assisted tools, implement GitOps/continuous delivery, design typed APIs, integrate async messaging and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), mentor junior engineers, and add ML/AI features like anomaly detection.
