Provide L1/L2 IT support across a distributed European team: triage and resolve tickets, run end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, administer Google Workspace, manage device fleet with Jamf/Intune/Landscape, troubleshoot UniFi networking, maintain Confluence documentation, and support colleagues via Google Chat and email while reducing repeat tickets through automation and improved documentation.

Support the sales team by doing cold outreach, researching and mapping markets and POS vendors, enriching CRM prospect data, building automation/AI tools to speed processes, assisting with trade-fair planning, and handling ad hoc sales and accounting requests.

Own positioning and messaging for fiskaly's fiscalization and e-invoicing products across European markets. Define ICPs and GTM plans, run product launches and country expansions, create sales enablement and content, conduct competitive intelligence and market research, track regulatory calendars, and feed customer and market signals into the product roadmap while coordinating with Product, Compliance, Demand Gen, Sales and country teams.

Own and optimize end-to-end Revenue Operations: administer CRM and revenue tech stack, design scalable processes, build dashboards and forecasts, ensure data quality, automate workflows, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Own end-to-end People Operations across European entities: contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, labor-law compliance, HRIS and process automation, benefits administration, AI pilots for People workflows, and act as a discrete employee contact while partnering with Talent and Finance.

Act as fiskaly's e-invoicing subject-matter expert: support pre-sales, monitor and interpret European regulatory changes, train and enable the CS team, create and validate AI-assisted content and videos, document guidance, and serve as escalation point for complex e-invoicing/fiscalization scenarios.

Lead new business growth in Italy through outbound sales to POS vendors, software agencies, and retail tech providers. Build a qualified pipeline using sales intelligence and AI tools, run discovery calls, manage mid-market deals end-to-end, qualify enterprise opportunities, collaborate with Marketing, maintain CRM hygiene, and represent fiskaly at industry events across Italy.
