Build outbound pipeline and close new-business opportunities across European markets. The Account Executive owns the full sales funnel from prospecting and discovery through solution mapping, negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale support. The role involves selling API-based fiscal compliance and e-invoicing solutions to technical and business buyers, explaining regulated topics clearly, maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasts, and partnering with Legal and Solution Engineering.

Own positioning and messaging for fiskaly's fiscalization and e-invoicing products across European markets. Define ICPs and GTM plans, run product launches and country expansions, create sales enablement and content, conduct competitive intelligence and market research, track regulatory calendars, and feed customer and market signals into the product roadmap while coordinating with Product, Compliance, Demand Gen, Sales and country teams.

Lead one or more backend engineering teams of 5–12 engineers, owning people development, technical direction, planning, delivery, reliability, and cross-team coordination. Partner with product, SRE, QE, and engineering leadership to deliver multi-quarter outcomes in a regulated, high-SLA distributed-systems environment. Hire and grow engineers, manage technical debt, guide architectural decisions, respond to incidents, and communicate technical priorities to diverse stakeholders.

Lead new business growth in Italy through outbound sales to POS vendors, software agencies, and retail tech providers. Build a qualified pipeline using sales intelligence and AI tools, run discovery calls, manage mid-market deals end-to-end, qualify enterprise opportunities, collaborate with Marketing, maintain CRM hygiene, and represent fiskaly at industry events across Italy.
