Lead fiskaly’s engineering organization of five Engineering Managers and approximately 70 engineers across Vienna, Warsaw, and remote locations. Own management development, hiring, planning, capacity, delivery, reliability, technical coherence, and engineering processes. Partner with Product to deliver compliant software against regulatory deadlines, establish cross-team operating rhythms, manage incidents and SLAs, and communicate engineering risks and trade-offs to company leadership and other stakeholders.

Drive new business sales across Europe for fiscal-compliance software targeting POS vendors, software agencies, and retail technology providers. Responsibilities include high-volume outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, full-cycle mid-market sales, enterprise qualification, discovery calls, personalized outreach using sales intelligence and AI tools, CRM management, collaboration with Marketing, and event representation. The role requires fluent Italian and English, additional European language capability, and strong outbound sales experience.

Serve as the technical point of contact for German customers, analyzing and reproducing issues, explaining complex integrations, and coordinating with Sales and Development. Lead technical kickoff calls and onboarding, create documentation and FAQs, improve support processes and self-service, and help adopt AI-enhanced support tools. The role requires strong German and English communication, customer focus, proactive ownership, and the ability to learn APIs, compliance requirements, and technical systems quickly.
