Own the full B2B sales cycle for target accounts in the DACH retail technology market, from AI-powered prospecting and outreach through discovery, demos, qualification, negotiation, and signed contracts. Maintain pipeline data in a CRM, learn fiscal compliance and retail technology, improve sales processes, and share market insights with Product and Marketing.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technology, go-to-market, finance, legal, people, and other functions across European markets. Advise hiring managers on role definition, compensation, market conditions, and talent availability. Build proactive pipelines, improve interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring metrics. Help establish the company’s talent acquisition function and introduce AI and automation into recruiting.
