Models positive leadership behavior and maintains operational accountability. Requires healthcare experience, nursing education, active Florida LPN licensure, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification.

Provides front-office oversight for multiple neurology locations, including patient scheduling, check-in, checkout, follow-up, collections, insurance coordination, confidentiality, and compliance. Supports providers and staff through office coverage, training, and operational assistance. Requires physician-office experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, EHR/EMR knowledge, medical terminology, strong communication, multitasking, and reliability. Travel between satellite offices is required.

Facilitates annual budgeting and forecasting, prepares and analyzes financial reports and general ledgers, and produces ad hoc financial analyses for healthcare system units. Administers EPSi budgeting software and API Business Analytics. Reviews and calculates physician and provider compensation for First Physicians Group while serving as a finance liaison and supporting accounting functions.
