Performs advanced diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures in a maternal-fetal medicine setting, including level I and II studies, nuchal translucency, fetal echocardiography, 3D/4D imaging, and MCA and UA studies. Adapts imaging protocols based on patient history and findings, follows sterile and OSHA procedures, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Leads front-office operations for an OB/GYN physician office, including patient scheduling, check-in, checkout, follow-up, collections, and coordination among patients, physicians, facilities, and insurers. Maintains confidentiality and compliance while providing professional service and supporting organizational goals. Requires physician-office experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, EHR/EMR knowledge, medical terminology, data entry skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Supervises daily activities within an OB/GYN physician office department or shift, providing leadership oversight and ensuring team responsibilities, projects, and tasks support organizational goals. Models positive leadership behavior and maintains operational accountability. Requires healthcare experience, nursing education, active Florida LPN licensure, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
