The role also supports Power BI dashboard creation, system upgrades and testing, vendor and employee inquiries, AML compliance, and special projects. Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills are required, with Power BI expertise preferred and Python experience considered an asset.

Associate Director, Commercial Financing, underwrites and manages complex commercial mortgage transactions involving CMHC, construction, and conventional real estate financing. Responsibilities include financial and property analysis, credit decisions, loan structuring, construction draw monitoring, client relationship management, investor and third-party coordination, documentation review, exception recommendations, and mentoring analysts. Supports residential insurance operations for mortgaged properties by processing policy updates and cancellations, reviewing coverage, responding to borrowers and brokers, monitoring claims, coordinating repairs and insurance proceeds, conducting property inspections, reviewing title records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
