Support federal and state income tax compliance and reporting, prepare tax provisions under ASC 740 / IAS 12, consolidate returns with U.S. parent, maintain tax depreciation systems, respond to tax notices, assist audits, and contribute to tax planning, R&D credit claims, and SOX-compliant controls.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), vendor management, EDI feed integrity, leave administration (FMLA/ADA), employee support, reporting, audits, and training for payroll/benefits processes.

Evaluate small business and consumer credit for auto finance applications by analyzing credit reports and financial data, determining credit terms and limits, ensuring policy compliance, communicating decisions to dealers, and negotiating final contract terms. Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions using Azure, .NET, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, containers, and messaging. Monitor and troubleshoot systems, implement automation, document solutions, track KPIs/SLAs, and collaborate with product and business teams to align technical work with organizational goals.

Lead Salesforce custom development, integrations, automation, and DevOps. Lead design, implementation, automation, and operation of Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Build and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines, enforce security and compliance, optimize costs, manage hybrid networking and DR, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet enterprise requirements.

Drive call center reporting and insights by building dashboards, recurring and ad-hoc reports, and executive presentations. Analyze QA, CSAT, NPS and other KPIs, translate data into actionable recommendations, partner with stakeholders and BI teams to maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reconcile vehicle sale proceeds and expenses, investigate unapplied cash and timing differences, validate payment flows and incentives, reconcile inventory dispositions, deliver reporting and analysis, partner cross-functionally, and drive automation and controls to ensure accurate, auditable financial outcomes.
