Manage delinquent account reinstatements and coordinate vehicle recovery processes. Qualify and assign accounts, negotiate with agents, ensure regulatory compliance (FDCPA, RTC, SCL, SSCRA), process reinstatements/redemptions, maintain records, and support escalations and audit readiness.

Build scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and scorecards; monitor performance and run strategic tests; translate data into insights for stakeholders; mentor junior analysts; ensure data governance and quality; partner cross-functionally to align metrics and drive decision-making.

Support development, calibration, and monitoring of commercial lending credit criteria and dealer risk-rating frameworks. Analyze portfolio performance and KPIs, build scorecards and early-warning triggers, produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with Commercial Lending, Credit Policy, IT, and audit teams.

Evaluate credit and related data to assess customer credit risk, apply credit policies (FCRA compliant), approve/decline applications, manage exceptions, negotiate contract terms with dealers, resolve funding/verification issues, mentor junior staff, and support dealer relationships via calls and targeted campaigns.

Perform audits of title, post-funding, collateral, repossessions, and related account documents to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations. Identify errors, communicate discrepancies across teams, maintain accurate records, contribute to quality reporting, and recommend process improvements.

Manage and mentor a payment processing team to ensure timely, accurate cash posting for consumer auto loans. Resolve complex account issues, enforce SOPs and SLAs, drive process improvements, conduct audits for compliance, analyze trends, and support projects while recruiting and developing staff.

Evaluates consumer auto lease and loan applications through credit report and financial analysis, assesses risk, verifies information, and issues credit decisions within policy and regulatory requirements. Builds dealer relationships, manages exceptions, resolves verification and fraud concerns, and protects confidential consumer data. Provides coaching and mentoring to junior analysts while supporting credit management and departmental initiatives. The hybrid Atlanta-based role requires schedule flexibility, occasional overtime, and 0–10% travel.

Manages workforce forecasting, staffing analysis, scheduling, real-time adherence, and resource optimization for Specialized Services teams. Uses Genesys and related workforce management tools to maintain coverage and service levels. Supports capacity planning, business continuity, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workforce utilization, respond to workload fluctuations, and improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Provide front-desk and clerical support: answer and route calls, greet visitors, process payments and deliveries, handle mail and scan requests, maintain confidential customer records, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Lead procurement process optimization and Workday-enabled procurement operations for SFS US. Design operating models, governance, SOX-aligned controls, supplier onboarding, P2P improvements, and KPI frameworks. Own Workday Procurement implementation activities (requirements, UAT, data readiness, change management) and lead a procurement operations team to drive adoption and compliance.

Examine, analyze, and maintain company accounting records to ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance research, and reports. Support month/quarter/year-end closings, leased asset schedules and disclosures, work with stakeholders to resolve variances, and improve financial reporting processes.

Evaluate small business loan and lease applications by analyzing commercial and consumer credit reports, underwriting risk, determining credit terms and limits, and communicating decisions to dealers. Ensure compliance with lending policies, negotiate contract terms via inbound/outbound calls, protect consumer data, and perform related duties. Position requires occasional travel and overtime as needed.

Lead benefits strategy and daily operations including health, welfare, retirement, leave (FMLA/ADA), COBRA, HSA/FSA, vendor management, EDI data transmission, reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement while managing a benefits team and partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly multi-state payroll for U.S. employees, support Canadian payroll as needed, lead payroll staff, maintain policies and internal controls, oversee 401(k) and garnishments, coordinate audits, configure HRIS integrations, prepare payroll reconciliations and reports, and resolve escalated payroll issues.

Document and maintain system configurations, workflows, data mappings, and integrations for LOS/XLOS. Create version-controlled requirement artifacts, Jira stories, and test plans. Collaborate with Systems Engineers, QA, product and operations to validate documentation, identify gaps, standardize practices, and onboard junior team members.
