Support daily treasury activities including cash positioning, liquidity reporting, reconciliations, and funding operations. Maintain and update financial models and Treasury systems, prepare reports for internal reviews and investors, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to ad hoc funding, capital structure, and cash management projects.

Lead daily cash management, forecasting, and funding execution; manage securitizations, commercial paper, and intercompany funding; enhance Treasury systems and automation; perform ALM, liquidity stress testing, and scenario analysis; prepare materials for investors and rating agencies; partner cross-functionally and mentor junior staff.

Manage rotational treasury assignments across capital markets, ALM, liquidity forecasting, cash management, securitizations, and funding programs. Build financial models and dashboards, support commercial paper and secured/unsecured funding, collaborate with banks and rating agencies, implement treasury systems and automation, prepare materials for audits and ratings, and provide ad hoc analysis to support capital planning and liquidity optimization.

Post daily payments from lockbox, wire and other sources to customer accounts; investigate and resolve account discrepancies; adjust ledgers and accounts; process exceptions, charge-offs and recoveries; support Collections, Recovery, and Loan Servicing; train Payment Processor I and test system upgrades. Requires attention to detail and customer-facing communication.

Lead execution of the customer portal and mobile app as Senior Product Owner: define and prioritize backlog, translate requirements into user stories, run sprints and demos, collaborate with product managers, UX, and cross-functional teams, manage operational triage, use data and market research to drive roadmap and KPIs, and support go-to-market and integration efforts.

Serve as the bridge between product strategy and development: manage product backlog, prioritize and break down epics into user stories, organize sprints, demo outcomes, resolve developer questions, collaborate with product managers on roadmaps, perform market research and data-driven recommendations, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver payment and servicing product capabilities. Occasional weekend and up to 10% travel required.

Manage and coordinate vehicle title processing and lien perfection. Act as liaison with collateral management, custodian bank, and internal teams to resolve title issues. Maintain title status reporting and quality control, research and resolve title problems, protect consumer confidentiality, and perform related administrative tasks.

Manage and track collateral documents, liaise with partners/vendors/banks, clear title exceptions, prepare reports and borrower/dealer correspondence, escalate unresolved issues, and perform clerical duties to maintain collateral quality and custodian transfers.

Support workforce planning and manage the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program by analyzing workforce data, building dashboards and reports, optimizing contingent workforce operations, managing vendor relationships, reconciling invoices, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership to align staffing and program performance with business goals.

Support sales and use tax compliance for auto leasing: manage monthly collection, reporting, remittance, audits, research tax laws, reconcile tax GL accounts, validate exemptions, identify refunds/savings, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Evaluate credit and related data to assess customer credit risk, apply credit policies (FCRA compliant), approve/decline applications, manage exceptions, negotiate contract terms with dealers, resolve funding/verification issues, mentor junior staff, and support dealer relationships via calls and targeted campaigns.

Support development, calibration, and monitoring of commercial lending credit criteria and dealer risk-rating frameworks. Analyze portfolio performance and KPIs, build scorecards and early-warning triggers, produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with Commercial Lending, Credit Policy, IT, and audit teams.

Manage and mentor a payment processing team to ensure timely, accurate cash posting for consumer auto loans. Resolve complex account issues, enforce SOPs and SLAs, drive process improvements, conduct audits for compliance, analyze trends, and support projects while recruiting and developing staff.

Lead quality assurance, training, SOPs, and process documentation for Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding. Oversee Quality Control and Workflow Analyst teams, run audits and UAT, analyze trends, implement corrective actions, support projects and continuous improvement to ensure operational consistency and compliance.

Lead product backlog, translate vision into user stories, prioritize work, guide Agile development, and deliver data-driven solutions for Pricing and Risk. Drive data governance, reporting, automation, stakeholder alignment, sprint ceremonies, and operational support to improve decision-making and product adoption.

Perform audits of title, post-funding, collateral, repossessions, and related account documents to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations. Identify errors, communicate discrepancies across teams, maintain accurate records, contribute to quality reporting, and recommend process improvements.

Manage and process vehicle titles and related collateral tasks, resolve title issues with DMVs and partners, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain title status reporting and confidentiality, handle escalations and train peers, and perform related administrative duties.

Manage delinquent account reinstatements and coordinate vehicle recovery processes. Qualify and assign accounts, negotiate with agents, ensure regulatory compliance (FDCPA, RTC, SCL, SSCRA), process reinstatements/redemptions, maintain records, and support escalations and audit readiness.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products by partnering with stakeholders, technology, and PMs. Use market research, analytics, and customer feedback to prioritize features, optimize performance, and drive adoption. Manage multiple initiatives across the product lifecycle, build business cases, and ensure scalable, compliant implementations.

Audit and review auto loan contract documents for data accuracy and regulatory compliance (ECOA, Fair Lending, CRA, FCRA). Coordinate with credit and funding teams to resolve discrepancies, detect errors or fraud, track quality metrics, suggest process improvements, and handle ad hoc projects under Quality Control management.
