Analyzes consumer finance risk data and portfolios using quantitative tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and Power BI. Produces recurring and ad hoc reports, evaluates market valuations, depreciation, residual values, trends, and projections, troubleshoots data issues, and presents actionable findings to management. Collaborates with Risk Management, IT, and business teams on data requirements, databases, and business cases while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive consumer information.

Leads product strategy, roadmaps, portfolio governance, lifecycle management, and performance for automotive finance products. Manages product teams, partners with business and technology leaders, drives customer-focused digital transformation, and ensures regulatory, risk, security, and operational compliance. Uses market research, customer insights, analytics, and operational data to optimize products and business outcomes.

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, translates product strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and guides development teams. Partners with stakeholders and Product Managers on roadmaps, customer insights, product launches, operational support, reporting, automation, compliance, and information governance. Requires at least five years of digital transformation and Agile product delivery experience.
