Lead CineFi marketing strategy and execution across acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and partnerships. Own promotional campaigns, P&L support, agency management, A/B and multivariate testing, analytics-driven optimization, and cross-functional alignment to drive member growth and measurable business outcomes.

Deliver excellent member service, build relationships, educate and sell credit union products, handle complex account maintenance, troubleshoot fraud and card issues, accept and close consumer loans, perform cash handling, branch balancing, outbound member follow-up, and support daily branch operations onsite in Culver City.

Provide second-line ERM oversight of enterprise fraud risk across products, channels, technologies, and third parties. Develop and maintain fraud risk assessments, map risks to controls, assess control design and effectiveness, track remediation, support analytics and AI/ML-enabled fraud monitoring, prepare executive and board reporting, support regulatory exams and governance, and partner cross-functionally on innovation and vendor risk.

The Sr. GRC Analyst enhances risk ownership and controls through GRC frameworks, data monitoring, and policy governance, contributing to enterprise-wide risk management.

Develop, edit, and maintain policies, procedures, and member-facing regulatory disclosures. Ensure documentation aligns with legal and regulatory standards, perform gap analyses, manage version control and publication, and partner with compliance, legal, risk, and business teams to validate accuracy and maintain audit-ready repositories.
