Lead and support day-to-day post-origination loan servicing across real estate, commercial, and consumer loans. Serve as first-level escalation for teammates and members, perform quality control reviews, ensure compliance with lending regulations, assist with audits, coach and develop staff, manage servicing workflows (payoffs, lien releases, escrow, insurance tracking), and partner cross-functionally to resolve servicing issues and improve processes.

Assists the Branch Manager with daily branch operations, service quality, sales goals, and employee supervision. Leads, trains, and coaches staff; supports recruiting and performance management; oversees account opening, certificates, IRAs, consumer loans, cash controls, and branch procedures. Reviews and approves new memberships, identifies cross-selling opportunities, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides coverage support to other branches.

Review alerts and transaction activity across payment channels, investigate and document fraud cases, communicate with members, escalate and coordinate with internal teams, maintain reporting, identify fraud trends, and support process improvements and rotating weekend coverage.

Lead commercial lending operations including originations, underwriting, funding, portfolio management, and reviews. Develop and implement lending strategies, ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance, manage and mentor the commercial lending team, provide portfolio analytics and risk assessments, coordinate with sales and internal partners, and present credit and portfolio recommendations to executive leadership and regulators.

Lead and mature the enterprise information security program, oversee cybersecurity operations, GRC, risk management, IAM, vulnerability and third-party risk programs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive incident response and cyber resilience, and advise executive leadership and the Board on security strategy and investments.
