Own hands-on execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other channels. Build campaigns, manage targeting and budgets, optimize performance, maintain reporting, and ensure tracking accuracy. Execute newsletters, nurture programs, lists, segmentation, and workflows in HubSpot. Partner with Growth Engineers and marketing stakeholders to troubleshoot campaign and workflow issues, maintain quality standards, and improve operational efficiency.

Lead a major Findem product by setting long-term strategy, defining market and customer insights, establishing KPIs, prioritizing investments, and driving high-impact execution. Partner closely with engineering to deliver product milestones, apply quantitative and qualitative data to product decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, general managers, and other stakeholders. The role requires experience building AI-enabled B2B SaaS products, including 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 development and workflow automation.

Design and optimize scalable talent searches and pipelines using AI tools. Translate diverse job descriptions into precise queries, analyze cross-customer search outcomes, build reusable prompt/workflow patterns, and deliver actionable insights to product, engineering, and customer teams to improve hiring outcomes.
