About The role.

    We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager — Paid Media & Digital Execution to own the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Findem's business.

    This is a highly execution-focused role. You will partner closely with Growth Engineers and marketing stakeholders who define campaign strategy, while you bring that strategy to life by building, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other paid channels.

    You will also own paid media performance visibility and reporting, execute newsletters and always-on nurture programs in HubSpot, and support Growth Engineers with campaign-level workflow setup.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in advertising platforms, optimizing campaigns, solving execution challenges, and ensuring marketing programs run smoothly and reliably.

    What You Will Do

    • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other relevant paid channels.
    • Translate campaign strategies and briefs into high-quality, live campaigns.
    • Manage campaign setup, targeting execution, budget pacing, bidding, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
    • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve platform-level efficiency.
    • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and with appropriate quality checks.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns against agreed campaign objectives and performance benchmarks.
    • Support multiple business units and campaigns while effectively managing competing priorities.
    • Paid Media Performance & Reporting
      • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date reporting on paid media performance.
      • Track and communicate key channel and campaign metrics, including spend, CPC, CTR, efficiency, quality signals, and other relevant performance indicators.
      • Ensure Growth Engineers and marketing stakeholders have a clear and trustworthy view of paid media performance.
      • Surface platform-level performance insights, benchmarks, and cost data to support advertising and budget discussions.
      • Monitor campaign and tracking hygiene and flag potential issues impacting campaign performance or visibility.
      • HubSpot, Newsletter & Nurture Execution
        • Build and send company newsletters using content provided by the Content and Marketing teams.
        • Manage general and always-on nurture programs in HubSpot.
        • Build and maintain lists, segmentation, campaign sends, and workflows.
        • Support Growth Engineers with campaign-specific HubSpot workflow setup and maintenance.
        • Monitor workflows and troubleshoot execution issues when required.
        • Ensure reliable campaign and nurture delivery, including attention to deliverability and engagement.
        • Cross-Functional Collaboration
          • Partner closely with Growth Engineers to execute paid media strategies and campaign briefs.
          • Work with the GTM Engineer to ensure campaigns follow established tagging and tracking standards.
          • Flag tracking, campaign hygiene, and execution issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
          • Partner with the Content Manager and Marketing team to execute newsletters, nurture programs, and paid campaigns.
          • Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendor representatives, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
          • Campaign Operations & Quality
            • Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and tagging across paid media platforms.
            • Apply established campaign tracking and attribution standards.
            • Perform campaign quality checks before and after launch.
            • Troubleshoot platform, workflow, delivery, and execution-related issues.
            • Maintain organized documentation and processes related to recurring campaign activities.
            • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
    • Strong experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Experience managing paid media campaigns with real budget and optimization responsibility.
    • Strong understanding of paid media metrics, including CPC, CTR, conversion metrics, budget pacing, and channel efficiency.
    • Hands-on experience launching, monitoring, testing, and optimizing campaigns.
    • Working experience with HubSpot, including campaign setup, workflow building, list segmentation, and email sends.
    • Experience supporting retargeting and multi-channel paid media campaigns.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven work.
