Own attorney and client relationships, coordinate case progress from intake to resolution, provide status updates, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely, high-quality client communication and case velocity in collaboration with Legal Ops.

Lead Finch’s finance function as its first dedicated finance leader. Own invoicing, banking, cash and investment decisions, debt and credit strategy, forecasting, financial controls, reporting infrastructure, and company-wide spending decisions. Partner directly with the CEO, founders, executive team, and board while building scalable financial systems and shaping the future finance organization.

Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end software for workflow-driven legal applications. Build UI components with React and TypeScript, integrate with APIs, debug and optimize production systems, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features from spec through deployment.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, building relationships with law firms and contributing to sales infrastructure development. They will engage with a fast-growing pipeline and represent Finch at industry events.
