Manage personal injury pre-litigation cases by opening insurance claims, coordinating with carriers, requesting and tracking medical records and police reports, resolving liens and subrogation issues, and preparing cases with lead paralegals for demand drafting. The role focuses on identifying operational bottlenecks, maintaining timely and complete case information, and communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Own attorney and client relationships, coordinate case progress from intake to resolution, provide status updates, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely, high-quality client communication and case velocity in collaboration with Legal Ops.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, building relationships with law firms and contributing to sales infrastructure development. They will engage with a fast-growing pipeline and represent Finch at industry events.
