Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases by opening insurance claims, coordinating with carriers, obtaining medical records and police reports, resolving lien and subrogation issues, and preparing cases for demand drafting. The role requires close collaboration with paralegals, attorneys, clients, and insurance representatives while identifying operational bottlenecks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Portuguese and English bilingual communication is required.

Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end software for workflow-driven legal applications. Build UI components with React and TypeScript, integrate with APIs, debug and optimize production systems, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features from spec through deployment.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, building relationships with law firms and contributing to sales infrastructure development. They will engage with a fast-growing pipeline and represent Finch at industry events.
